I started seeing Dr. Ferris-Metzger about 2 years ago once I had to switch offices due to a new insurance. She was always super nice and I brought to her attention an issue I had in my Right eye that I had already brought up to my previous eye doctor, but told her that he didnt seem concerned but just wanted her to know since it was my first visit. She was the first one to actually care and listen and ran more tests on me to notice an issue I had in my visual field. Everything turned out healthy, but she truly does listen to patient concerns. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr Ferris was a very dry doctor and was not welcoming of new patient. This was my first time to see her. She called us into the exam room, never introducing herself as the doctor. No problem with her medical skills. front desk staff was excellent!!
