Worst pair of glasses I have ever had. I am back to where the glasses I had 6 years before I went there and they cost over $400 I asked for for progressive lenses good ones I did not receive that and there are scratches all over them and a pair I had for 6 years has no scratches because I take good care of my glasses when I get a new prescription that will be the last place I would go to.

I went in on Saturday with my husband to get him glasses. (He had already gotten the eye exam elsewhere.) The computer system was causing problems and was extremely slow. Hillary worked like a champ trying to get it all entered, and kept trying after we left. She was genuinely apologetic and so kind. She called us later and said it still wasn't working but felt sure it would be corrected by Monday. I returned on Monday and she had it all ready to go, still apologizing for the delay. She is an excellent example of grace under pressure and customer service is definitely her priority.

After years of going elsewhere for my glasses I decided it was time for a change. I called on a Monday evening and was able to schedule an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. I was a new patient and it took less than 30 minutes to get in and out from the start of the paperwork to the end of the exam. Everyone was kind and professional and the prices are GREAT. My glasses and sunglasses were ready in 4 business days. I would recommend this location to anyone not happy with their current eye care provider!

I just got my glasses today. The optometrist was very thorough. She is not the same doctor others have talked about.I love my glasses! They look and feel fantastic. Lucy was very helpful! The glasses didn't break the bank and I bought transition lens. So I think a 5 star rating is very appropriate! :-) :-) :-)

I have used this vision center for years....but I will not step foot in there again. Dr. Anne Cox and some (not all) of her staff are the most unhelpful, rude people I have met. She has the worst bedside manner of any doctor of any type that I have seen. I was left sitting in the chair for a half hour after my appt time before I inquired if she was even there. The staff thought I had been seen and was gone! Come to find out...she was supposedly on a conference call. When she came in, she never even TRIED to apologize...just started the exam in her regular rude manner.
I left America's Best because of her....and she ends up coming to Walmart Vision Center. I will definitely be going somewhere else! They can take my patient record and burn it for all I care.

No doctor "in house" for a month is what I was told on the phone. Idk how you can still be open without a professional eye care doctor? This location has gone down significantly over the past year. I won't be returning with any business here. Highly Suspicious

Had an appointment and it took maybe 45 minutes for exam and picking frames. Pretty quick I thought. Spent a little more than I wanted to but I do that every time I go to walmart. I'm really happy with my new glasses.

Had to go back twice and the I still can't see clearly. Almost ran into a lady and her kids because of the depth perception .1 month and the lens fell out. Oh well won't go back again
