WEST MOBILE EYECARE

Took my son here and he had a GREAT first time experience! I was praying it wasnt just another doctor who didnt care but i was completely wrong...This Doctor not only CARES but hes extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what my son needed and what had cause his issue in the first place! Also the sweet sweet lady who helped him pic out his eye glasses...THANK YOU!! She was kind andnsweet anf very patient! They are the BEST!!

Glad I tried this office. The positive reviews are spot on. Pleasant and caring staff. I've been wearing contacts for over 20 years, yet Dr. Tiffany was able to explain and discuss things I had never been made aware of. Great team there!

I started going to West Eye Care a year ago and I had the best experience ever with the staff. They even seen me on a Friday evening after hours and the doctors don't even work on Fridays, but i had an eye infection and they immediately seen me. They went over and beyond for me. They are the best, hands down. They even told me to call them if I needed anything on the weekend.

The best place to get all your eye care needs, hands down. Dr. Eric and Tiffany West were very detailed and thorough in my eye exam, walked me through the whole process, and gave me valuable insights into my eye health and what to watch for going forward in the future. Not to mention their hospitality and wonderful attitudes. I highly suggest them!!

Dr. West is always so thorough in my eye exam. I had black floaters and was concerned. He checked everything and explained the issue in detail. I felt so much better. My contacts and glasses are always spot on. The entire office staff is wonderful. I won't stop going there.

I set up a new patient appointment for my husband here. He wanted to switch to a practice that was more friendly and caring - he told me this place was amazing. So glad we made the switch! He is much happier now with his eye doctor and his prescription!

The absolute best eye care center I have ever been to. Forget those big chain vision centers and go see some people that care about you and your eye health. I went here after an issue with Lenscrefters and can honestly say I will probably never go any place else.

Edited to add today's visit** My second visit to West Mobile Eyecare. Everyone is so nice and I feel like they all really do care about your eye health. They all take the time with you and chitchat. Their office doggy is a love and is always nice to see her. Dr Tiffany saw me today and tweaked my prescription and wow, it did change in about a year and a half. My vision is clearer than its been in a long time. So appreciative of the time and care! ``````````````````` We had just moved to the area and I needed to verify if the contact lens prescription I had already was correct since one eye was sort of blurry and had been told by my previous optometrist that I had an abrasion in that eye as well.Both doctors were involved since the abrasion on my eye was apparently an old injury that was not documented at all by my previous doctor.They took pictures so that we could keep an eye on it from here on in and also found a cataract starting. It was the most comprehensive exam I have had in many years. The office was clean and very welcoming, and the office doggy (looks like maybe a schnauzer?)is such a love and helps calm us dog lovers when issues like this come up and we are a little worried about our eye health. I would definitely recommend this office and the doctors.
