Affordable Eyewear

Been going to this place since a kid and brought my kids here. My son uses Medicaid and broke his glasses, I superglued them so that he can wear them to school until I can come this place and replace them. I tried to tell the black guy what happened to my baby glasses and explain that my job is close to the store so I decided to stop by without my son because it would be close by the time I get him and come back to this side of town. Before I can finish my sentence he goes to throwing his towel down and saying I'm abusing Medicaid and etc(he doesn't know I currently work for Medicaid) I mean literally yelling at me! I asked him why was he being rude and he got louder and said he's not going to continue talking to me! It's almost like he has something against young people. I know this post is long but please find another location until he sells it to the friendly white guy(wasn't there on this day)

He has gotten terrible! I will not be back here for glasses ever again and he talks so much! Give people their glasses n go. He's Slow and glasses are cheap got glasses and 2 months like they were falling apart scratching up.

Very professional great customer service . Only place that would take care of my husband at a last minute notice . So friendly and did a great job fixing his lenses and helping my husband pick out new frames . Very affordable!

This is the worst place ever to buy eyeglass from if I could give it a 0 star I would first thing the old black guy in there is very rude and disrespectful and he talk way to much people like to get in and out I understand brief conversation but this old school stuff has to stop nobody have time to sit there and listen to politic please find another company to go to.

My daughter is 3 and they helped us tremendously to find an affordable and great pair of glasses! They were so sweet and patient with my daughter! Highly recommend. Also got her glasses in the same day!

The absolute worst customer service. I had to literally beg for glasses that I were ordered in December 2021, it is now the end of March. Once he let my child try the glasses on, he said " they're good. You can leave now". I have never in life experienced this with glasses.

If the owner wasn't there I would give a higher rating. He always tells me he can't help me when I try to get a certain type of glasses for my special needs child. Even though someone else did the same exact thing last time. Doesn't even try to figure out how to help. And is really rude to me. I'm a customer! I didn't do anything to deserve to be treated with disrespect. I ended up going to a place in Wetumpka to get the help I needed... I gave this store a 5 star rating before he merged stores and is there all the time now. The lady that worked there is awesome

Poor customer service. The Owner hung up on me several times. It took 3 and a half month to get my sons glasses. When I could finally get them he refused to help me and had the other guy working with him help me. Went out of his way to move another customer from the other mans work station to his just so he didn't have to help me. He was very rude and didn't care.
