Update: Jacob and Team does it again!!!!! You know I have to keep my vision 20/20 and AMERICAN BEST on Ann Street (Montgomery) keeps me seeing clearly. Thanks to the new Intake Technician - Chad & Dr. Jones; I am ready to see through walls. ** Fast and easy process due to me completing my paperwork via courtesy text this morning. Also, I am one of their "Eyecare Club Members"....small fee for 4 years. Call in or stop by and ask for Jacob. He will get you set up for these unique rewards. This is my second time doing a review for America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. I do not know where the first one went. To catch you up to speed, I broke my new pair of glasses for a second time in 2 months. I was very hesitant about going back in with this issue. Mind you, I've never broken the same pair of glasses ever. Walking in and seeing the General Manager (Jacob Parrott) behind the front desk working always makes me smile. He is very approachable, friendly, professional and genuinely cares about "Us", his customers. Even the Optometrist is top notch. And let me give a shout out to the ladies doing the initial pre-exam for telling me about the "EYECARE CLUB". At this point, I see why it's needed. Also, when I returned for my contact follow-up; I was told delivery would be approximately 2 weeks. I got them in 4 days and then the time for my replacement glasses was quick as well. This location at 909 Ann Street (Montgomery, ALA) is Dynamic!!! I Fully RECOMMEND WITHOUT ANY RESERVATION MR. JACOB PARROTT AND STAFF for your next fashionable pair or two of glasses and contacts. I am here to tell you, I post and review to alert the community where to go and spend your hard earn money and get the best service, product and treatment!! Stop by or call... I really appreciate the manger at American best on Atlanta hwy though my situation with my glasses he was so patient and kind though it all I will continue being one of the best customers I can be thank yall so much

Purchased glasses on the 10th of July and lense fell out on the 25th of July. And they want to charge me to have it replaced. Why would I pay to have you put a lens back in a pair of glasses that fell out when I only had them? For 10 days, so when it falls out again, you can charge me again. Do not deal with America best. Because they want to sell you A protection plan. Because they know that either you pay for the protection plan or you pay for a whole nother pair of glasses because their products are not good, especially the ones covered, by Medicare.. the company that manufactures their eyeglasses is crappie they do shoddy work in America. Best knows it.

They have a wide variety of glasses to choose from, and they are at a pretty good price, while still having good quality. The staff was very nice, and professional. I worked with Daniel when getting my glasses, and Jacob when picking them up. They are both very professional. I would definitely recommend America's Best. My glasses were ok, but my mom's glasses did not have anti-glare which she asked for. Likely just a rare slip-up since mine have them, but it may be worth mentioning. Mine also have quite a bit of chromatic aberration, which is pretty annoying.

The customer service of this location is incredible. I came in with a bent pair of glasses that my husband had stepped on, and with no hesitation, Jacob expertly fixed and cleaned them in 5 minutes flat. Wonderful staff, and will certainly be back for my next pair.

I had the best experience here. I haven't seen an eye dr in years and the Dr at Americas Best on Ann Street was super nice and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. He answered every question I had without hesitation and finally got me the right prescription for my eyes. My headaches are few and far now. Also, Chloe is the best sales person! She helped me pick out frames that best suited me. Will definitely be back!

Customer Service here is amazing! I was promptly greeted. They have a great selection of glasses. Dominique did a great job explaining everything, and even helped me pick a frame that would fit my face. Jake was extremely helpful as well. I want to thank this team for such a great job. I love my glasses and my contacts, definitely will be back for my next exam.
