Benjamin Harris, OD

I've been going to Dr. Harris for years and he has always been great! He is very professional but also very personable and nice. He not only does my annual exams but also sees me if I have a problem with my eyes. Dr. Harris is always great, but the last 3 times I've been to the office he works in my appointment has been almost an hour late.

never have i been so disappointed with a service in my life.Not only did I pay over 500$ for exam and glasses they did not stand by their product after continued complaints .I will never refer nor will I ever return and I say do not waste your time with this office

I have been seeing Dr. Harris and Dr. Jackson for almost 30 yrs. I was just in yesterday. They have always given me excellant care! I've worn both contacts and glasses and their prescriptions have always been spot on. I appreciate them keeping up with the latest advances in their field as well as their professionalism. I highly recommend them.

I saw Dr. Harris back in 2016/2017 when I lived in Montgomery. I moved away in 2018 but man, this is the best eye doctor I ever had. I was diagnosed with glaucoma when I was in college around 2000, got a 2nd opinion in Mobile (where I grew up). I was put on drops that made my eyes turn red. When I told the eye doctor in Mobile, he asked me was I worried about red eyes or high eye pressure?? I told him BOTH! When I moved to Montgomery, Dr. Harris checked my eyes and said he saw no signs of glaucoma. He ran extensive tests. He was an angel sent from God. I never did a review but I wanted to let him know what he meant to me. If I ever am in Montgomery again, I will definitely stop by. So many doctors are too concerned about keeping you on all these meds and dont let you sincerely know when you really dont need it. Now, he told me to keep my regular eye exams so they could check and make sure that nothing new comes up but thank you Dr. Harris. You are amazing and God bless you.

My family has been using Dr. Harris for several years and were very happy. However for the last couple of years we have experienced extremely long wait times (an hour or more) when arriving for appointments ahead of the scheduled times.

My appt was supposed to be @230 I got here @214 and its 310 now what's the purpose of an appt if you're not going to be seen @ the time the appt was set I recommend another physician to anyone

I had a great experience the last time I visited here. Wonderful, friendly staff. They helped with everything one could expect.

Dr Harris and his team are like family and have been super helpful.
