Berry Optical

I have been to several places to have my eyes checked for glasses. One other place did really good at getting me what I needed......but I have never felt "at home" as I did at Berrys Optical. Seems that each employee has a hand in the appointment and each one is so nice. They go through and explain everything. You go in. Have a seat in one of their very comfortable chairs, they offer coffee, they are on time, Dr Stone is so nice. She really does a good, through job. My husband has used them for years. I am glad he talked me into going there.

I have been a patient of Berryhill Optical close to 20 years if not 20. I have never had a negative experience until today. I wwnt to pick my glases up and sat at an Optician table not in the lobby as the sign instructed. I sat there for over 30 mins waiting patiently while the male optician services 2 people. He knows I am there as he passes me several times and makes eye contact with me. Another customer walks in and is immediately serviced by a female optician. The male finishes and leaves the floor as if I am not even there. At that point I am livid. I just want my glasses! I am a paying customer too! I wasn't waitung for a handout! Customer service where have you gone?

My experience was outstanding. They checked my eyes and explained everything as they were checking my eyes. They have a great selection of frames. They had exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend you come to Berry Optical to get your eyes checked and new glasses.

I keep forgetting to leave a review. But honestly one of my best experiences going to a eye Dr. The staff were all amazing and very sweet. Especially the gentlemen that tended too me (I will get his name and update this review when I do) without hesitation or me asking. He looked at my current frames which I bought from another Dr office and cleaned them and fixed them up while asisiting me with finding a new pair. The pair in the picture is the new one. I absolutely love them and even without all the add ons my previous one had. It still is 10x better in quality and a hell of a lot cheaper for better. No scams like some places have. Honesty, transparency, and very caring staff. Would def recommend going here and look forward to getting a2ns pair this Oct when my insurance actually cycles back to cover a whole pair. This one I paid for with a 20% discount my insurance provided and it was still over 300$ cheaper then what MyEyeDr gave me WITH insurance paying a good percentage.

I was having very bad eye pain and I called my eye doctor and they couldn't fit me in on a Friday, but refused to give me an appointment the next week and recommended eye drops. I called at least 10 places and no one would fit me in. I called Berry and they were full, but after hearing my situation Kelsey at the front desk kindly told me she would see what they could do, and Dr. Jessica Stone moved her schedule around to fit me in. Turns out it was an allergic reaction that they immediately got me a prescription for. They were so kind to me and took care of me within 30 minutes of me calling. I plan to only go to them from here on out. Cannot say enough good things about the service and staff here.

I cannot say enough about Berry Optical. Dr. Stone was fantastic. She clearly explained everything and allowed me to ask questions. She was personable and friendly. The front desk ladies are kind and considerate. They explained everything clearly and were patient with questions. Rocky is a very friendly and you feel like you have known him for years. He has a great eye when it comes to picking frames and explaining the difference between them. I highly recommend them to anyone.

One of the best offices I have been to in a long time. Dr. Stone was excellent and friendly with all the information needed for the visit. The front office staff were wonderful and made the visit fun and enjoyable. Mr. Rocky was another star of the office with helping me to pick out my frames and lenses. I will definitely recommend Berry Optical to my friends and colleagues.

1st time and looking forward to a long time together. Great experience from the moment I walked in. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The wait was not long at all to see Dr. Stone. Her assistant was kind and patient. They explained everything as we went along. No pressure to buy glasses today. Was told my 3 top choices would be documented in my file. Happy patient!
