Been under the care of Dr Jackson and the folks at EyeCare Associates for many years now. Always courteous and detailed in their exams and feedback. Feel very confident I'm getting top quality eye care which is reassuring. Thank you all for your quality service.

Been visiting this office several years. The staff is cordial, helpful and the doctor especially was knowledgeable and answered any question I had. I feel the service Dr. Jackson provided was very professional and I'm most secure with Eye Associates.

Waited an hour and a half before I was seen. However the staff is very welcoming. Dr. Harris was very apologetic for the long wait. He didn't rushed after I was seen and explained the my EyeCare throughly.

I have been a patient at this facility since I was in the 3rd grade, and I am currently 34 years old. I had an eye exam scheduled for May 2025, which was arranged during my last appointment in April 2024. However, life circumstances changed significantly over the course of a year. Regrettably, I had to cancel my appointment and was unable to reschedule at that time. Fast forward to the present, I called to arrange a new appointment and was informed that the next available slot is in September 2026. I currently have ZERO contacts. I inquired if I could at least order a box of contacts until my next appointment, but I was told NO and advised to seek a new optometrist if I needed contacts urgently. I understand that the office may be fully booked, but being booked nearly a year in advance and not allowing me to order contacts until then seems unreasonable. I have been a patient for over 20 years, and the ease with which I was advised to leave did not sit well with me. If your office is fully booked, what leads you to believe that other offices are not experiencing the same situation? What am I supposed to do without any contacts? BUT I can call and say I'm having an eye emergency and get scheduled the same day. Backwards. I KNOW FOR A FACT, Dr. Benjamin Harris isn't aware his office staff are as nonchalant as they are. I've had this conversation with him before about the staff not showing concern and he was not happy but here we are AGAIN. Dr. Benjamin Harris has been nothing but GREAT (hence why I don't want to go elsewhere) but majority of his office staff has always been horrible.

Excellent eye care and outstanding customer service. The staff was kind, the appointment was efficient, and the doctor was very thorough. I'll definitely be returning.

I love Dr. Harris and his staff. I moved away from the area for 10 years and was lucky enough to be his patient when I moved back a couple of years ago. He is very attentive to your eye care and wants to make sure you have everything you need.

I took my daughter to this practice yesterday. I was greeted upon entry and really admired the atmosphere, but the perception that I was having of this place quickly left. One of the staff members begins to help me. She starts by looking up my insurance in which she assumes that I had spectra insurance. I am new to the state of Alabama and relocating from Tennessee. In Tennessee I never had to give an eye doctor much but basic info and boom there my insurance is. So as she's looking up Spectra she says " nopeeee I don't see anything for Spectra" and gives me this bland face as if it was to deter me and make me go elsewhere. So we looked at each other for a moment before I said okay well can you try a different insurance. She gets up and to a none surprise to me she finds that the insurance is with a different provider. She checks my daughters' eye who is only 5 by the way, checks her eyes and was just so unenthusiastic while doing so. I had to let my daughter know to sit back down once she was finished. All in all we left without a pair of glasses. This staff member did not give us a pleasant experience we probably would have bought the glasses had she been nicer especially being that the glasses were not cheap at all !

I have been Dr. Jackson's patient for years. He is wonderful! The staff are always very kind and professional. I am always recommending them to my friends and co-workers.
