This was the worst experience I have ever had as it relates to eye glasses. The owner and his daughter are deceitful and when I asked them to correct the error they made, I had to hear about how long he has been doing this kind of work and that he was not responsible for my lenses being messed-up!

Friendly staff, quick service! We needed to get glasses immediately for our daughter and we were able to make a same-day appointment. The staff was very helpful when we first arrived and we did not have to wait to be seen. They took our daughter back as soon as we got there. The staff was extremely polite to us. They got our daughter glasses within an hour or so. We will definitely go back here if/when we need glasses in the future. Thank you!

Me and my mom both had an appt the same day. I left my glasses at home and they were so generous they let me go get them and I was still able to keep my appt. They are very generous and patient. They want you to have the best experience and they are very precise. Miss Lawana was so sweet. She helped me pick out my glasses and gave me her opinion. There is also a very great selection of glasses you can choose from. So If you are looking for an eye doctor i highly recommend this place!

Every since l been wearing glasses, All of the other Optical places, Can never quite get my adjustments right, Because of my uneven ears and eyes. My adjustments would be very difficult for them to do. Hour Glass is the place to go.
Mr. Danny Williams and others will not
let you walk out the door until you received a good Custom fit and that exactly what I needed.
Also I find that the worker,s are friendly and they remember the Customer by name.
