The wait times are too long at this facility. The other issue is that some staff are very rude, especially the lady who handles appointments. She acts as though customers are bothering her by calling to make or reschedule an appointment. The care received is okay but far from exceptional.

I have used both Montgomery and Wetumpka offices. I was treated very well by everyone! Dr. Murphy is thorough, polite and respectful. The wait is long, but that's also the case at other opthalmology offices in our area.

I had an appointment for 2:15 with dr.wair & it's 3:30 and im still waiting for her in this back room waiting to be seen. The unprofessionalism is insane. I think you should stop booking so many people for the same day if you know you won't be able to actually see them until almost 2 hours later.

Awesome experience. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Dr E Murphy did a thorough exam and discussed options for vision correction.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. Everyone was so unfriendly except I can give a little credit to the check-in secretary was a tiny bit friendly. The tech who did the eye exam and Dr. Ware were so rude. She didn't even look in my direction with even a hello. When I asked a few questions, she answered as if I was an idiot. She didn't even provide a greeting for my 3 and 5 year old who were her patients! She should stop taking pediatric appointments since she clearly hates being around children. They weren't even misbehaving.

I've been trying for the week to schedule an annual eye exam and have not been successful the phone just rings and rings and hangs up and this is every-time so I ended up changing and going elsewhere

This place is horrible. All the staff are rude. One lady told my child to move out of her way then told me she should have brought her glasses because they have no idea what her past prescriptions are. REALLY? Her glasses were out of date because her eyes got worse! That's why we went to the eye Dr! Then Dr Ware got huffy with me and snapped because she had to write a new prescription because I neglected to tell her how to write the first one. She acted like I was an eye Dr and should have known how to write a prescription! When I snapped back she told me I needed to calm down. I took a deep breath and decided to remain a human in front of my child because they certainly do not treat you like humans there! Totally rude people! No customer service whatsoever. Someone needs to teach that whole office some patience and kindness!

Customer service is terrible . I called to make an appointment. I was on hold for 7 minutes. Then she comes back to the phone and says she new at appointments. Then put me back on hold. Then I call back to talk to a manager but that did no good either. I see why they have an 3.2 on reviews. I will take my business somewhere else.
