Seemed thorough with the exam. Tech was friendly, the ladies at the front desk were rude. Not one crack of a smile. I felt talked down to by the doctor as well as the "financial" person. Cost explanation was conveyed way to complicated, this was not necessary. Seemed very shady. I also suggest that if they feel the need to discuss a patient in the hall, it not be in listening distance of said patient. Even in that conversation, I felt disrespected. Not impressed that they do not have a surgeon on staff - he comes from Tennessee. All in all, not a good vibe at this office. This review is NOT AI generated!

Dr. Amy Allen was the consummate professional. She is kind, highly knowledgeable, and had a calming effect on helping me to understand my assessment. I highly recommend her.

Caring, skilled, affordable, conveniently located, and quick scheduling... I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Mull and the staff at Montgomery LASIK! I trust NO ONE ELSE with my eyes, but Dr. Mull and his staff! Whether it's regular eye health and vision maintenance or eye disease and procedures -- he and his colleagues are absolutely determined to be on top of the latest research and training, they make it a priority to have the top of the line & state of the art technology to deal with *whatever* your needs are. You won't find a more gentle, reassuring, caring eye doctor and surgeon than Dr. Mull and the folks in this Group. In addition to regular eye health and Rx glases, they have a fantastic selection of frames, readers, and even name brand sunglasses. They're aways running amazing specials on LASIK, OptiLight, etc. -- and scheduling appointments is a dream, too. You're not just a patient to them, you become family!

Everyone I dealt with from the reception desk to the nurses to the doctor was exceptional. They thoroughly explained each step which was a huge help due to my former stoke. The doctor was amazing. She really took the time to inform me and understand my situation. on a scale from 1 to 10 my visit was a 15.

Starting with Ashley as my first point of contact, then Heather (and Regina too),as well as Dr. Allen, everyone was great! They were equally kind, patient, timely, and professional yet personable. I imagine that will be my experience with the lab too when I return to pick up my glasses. -Amanda

Dr Daniel and Dr. Allen are very thorough and knowledgeable. I went in for a diabetic eye exam. My vision had changed significantly from Dec. to July to August. Dr. Allen did an extensive exam and explained everything so that I could understand what was going on and what to expect. The staff and doctors are truly professional. I always have a very pleasant visit. Highly recommend. Thank you
