This is my first visit. I had no idea about this clinic. All I knew is I needed an eye doctor for me and my son. My wait time was probably 15 mins. The staff was so professional, friendly, thorough, and detailed. I felt welcomed from the front door and during the procedure. The female doctor was patient with my small child and talked my child through the entire procedure. The office is clean and the doctor was wiping down everything and sanitizing. I like that alot. My only draw back is I didn't know that "taking pictures of the back of my eyes" is not covered by my insurance. Nobody told me. Which means I paid more than I had plan to. I suggest as they are doing procedures on you, ask if your insurance cover it. I was left alone to pick out the glasses. Other than that I highly recommend this office for your eye visit. I will be going back. I'm glad I found this office online.

The doctor was most impressive. She used tools and techniques I have never seen before. The staff is super friendly. I pulled up when they were closed for lunch. The attendant was getting ready to leave. She opened the office back up so I could pick up my glasses. I was pleasantly surprised she remembered my name too. It took longer than I would have liked to get them, but the glasses themselves are the best fitting/looking glasses with the best vision I have ever owned. Thank you.

They lack communication. I have my own script just need glasses. BCBS FEP Insurance pays a little more if you use them. They ran into an issue with insurance. Instead of them calling they just didn't make the glasses and pretended they had, the portal showed they had shipped were to be delivered on a certain date. I call on that date they blow it off as Helene issues. The next week no glasses, that is when I learn there's a problem. 1 min call and insurance issue resolved. A week later still no glasses. I don't recommend if you need your glasses timely.

I've been coming to My Eye Doctor for some years now. I always receive good customer service at this location. Recently, I had an appointment for the new year and was taking care of by a new face to the team. She provided me with patience and great suggestions on selecting the perfect pair of frames. She has excellent customer service skills, friendly, and mostly importantly professional. I recommend Queen to help me and to others who want to experience great service.

Update: Their social media rep decided to call and offer to make everything right as long as I pay a copay difference of $27. That's right! As long as I pay to correct their mistake, they'd be happy to fix it! So, I'll also attach pics to show that I've ALREADY paid for what I wanted, but never got it because THEY put the order in wrong, so now I have to pay to fix their mistake. Don't even go for the exam. They don't care about their clientele. They just want to bill insurance. The optometrist herself was great, very friendly and seemed to want to help. That's about the end of the praise. I ordered a nice pair of glasses, opted for the blue tint, anti scratch, the whole package. To bad when they came in, they had neither of those coatings, nor did the staff bother to make sure they fit. No worries, I'll adjust as I go! Except the scratches became the focal point after the first time I cleaned them. I called to ask about the coating, and was basically told too bad, you accepted them, no refunds. Go for the exam, skip buying anything or trusting any of the other staff.

The staff here are professional, knowledgeable, patient, and a joy to work with! Dr. P is the absolute best! She knows exactly what is needed and is extremely competent in her gift!The front of the house staff is a blast! They really helped me narrow down my options until I had the right frame for my comfort and face shape! Val, Brittany, Jess, and Haley are the ones you want on your team! Great experience. And yes, I'm a repeat customer so the service I received was not a fluke. It's a standard!

Like the previous reviewer mentioned, they cancelled my appointment because they called the morning of and couldn't reach me because I was sleeping. No notice given of cancellation until I showed up for said "appointment". I would recommend you institute a cancellation or no show fee if this is an ongoing issue for your business. You should also consider calling 24 hours in advance of "appointment" to give your patients an opportunity to confirm rather than a few hours. As a physician myself, I understand the challenges associated with no shows, however this is NOT the way to handle such occurrences. I would not recommend this business to others.

I've been around for a long time all of my kids ages 25, 23, 15, & 12.... & myself have had a great experience with Ms. Val & the wonderful staff, until recently.... I went back a year later b/c my vision blurred more. Got an exam & new prescription ordered glasses & the hurricane hit. I understood all of that for them to say my information was put in wrong again I've dealt with Ms. Val on numerous occasions & this have never happened. Put information in again & a week later I get a call saying they lost my frames. I'm very disappointed with how the situation went down being they're about to close in a couple of weeks & now I have to find a new eye doctor & take my prescription somewhere to be filled. I do pray everyone is able to find new jobs swiftly.
