Have used this eyewear specialist for 40 years and until now they were excellent. Apparently ownership changed and they are now totally undependable. I have been to their Zelda location 5 times and Sturbridge twice in 3 weeks to get new frames. Zelda was open once. Said they would order frames and call when ready. They called, I went today (Thursday) to get them. They were closed. I am now searching for a new eyewear shop. MEP, if you are reading this, you need to address this problem as you are identified with it, like it or not.
