I do not recommend this place for vision testing. We spent a lot of time and money trying to get my spouse's prescription right, but the experience was frustrating and unhelpful. * Initial prescription was off -- the glasses caused severe migraines. Staff insisted the issue was with my spouse's eyes or the brand of lenses. * After waiting for adjustments and ordering another pair, the same problem persisted. * A repeat vision test produced the exact same (incorrect) prescription at this location. * They do not measure PD in-office, instead suggesting apps. We tried several, each giving different results. This should be a basic professional service. Bottom line: We went to Eyemart instead, and they handled everything quickly, correctly, and without hassle giving correct prescriptions (way way way different than the prescription given by this office) and glasses same day.

Very disappointed by this visit! The staff was either laughing and joking with each other, Or completely untrained in what they do. The Dr. himself was far from being a ray of sunshine as well. On top of the lack of professionalism, the place was literally dirty and disgusting. There was trash in the floors, and stains all over the carpet.

Absolutely horrible service. My mother originally saw Dr. Goodman's fill in doctor whom was wonderful. Dr. Amy Allen did a baseline ocular assessment exam and was very professional. My mother has to have a follow up every six weeks because of the ocular effects from a certain type of chemo she is taking. When she came back for the 2nd visit, Dr Goodman refused to see her even after she had made the appointment explaining the reason. Also, his staff was very rude and unprofessional from the moment we got there. She was told he didn't know how to fill out the form and he didn't have any paperwork on her. She brought the form from her oncologist to have him fill out. She had her baseline there so she should have had a file with Dr. Allen's original assessment. Complete waste of her time and he almost prevented her from having her life saving chemo treatment. The place is completely nasty and the doctor along with his staff, are unprofessional and rude. Find somewhere else.

Dr. Goodman is totally Awesome!!! He's Professional, Attentive, Knowledgeable, and Friendly. I had issues with my Eyes, and he addressed all of my concerns. He was detailed about my issue, and about my prescription. If you're looking for Quality care, then look no further. Schedule your appointment today, and thank me later!

This office pushes you to use medical insurance instead of vision so they can make more money. So instead of a free exam with vision insurance I had to pay $119 with UHC and Medicare. Also the lens crafters no longer makes glasses while you wait.

My service started 20 minutes late. The staff was seemingly nice and polite. The staff helping me was unfamiliar with her duties and had to request assistance from a coworker several times during my initial exam. I did not see the equipment cleaned or disinfectant before or after use. After routine questions the staff wanted to force me to use medical insurance and not vision insurance. The doctor refused to perform my eye exam stating it would not be routine. So an hour of my time was wasted because the provider was more interested in charging my insurance more money instead of providing the service I scheduled. I will never return.

The Doc and Staff were nice I felt respected. This is my first visit. I only needed readers with two different rated lenses but do not see paying $199 for the lenses only. So I will be waiting on glasses. Frames were free but does no good without lenses. I only mention because the doctor is inside Lens Crafters.

I love the front staff. They are REAL!! Lots of really young and respectful employees there. I have missed Dr. Goodman terribly. I went for my last visit there in 2019 just when Covid started. I tried to make an appointment, but due to Lenscrafters having to cut their hours because of Covid, I couldn't get in for an appointment, so I ended up going elsewhere. I wasn't happy as I had been going to Dr. Goodman for years. It wasn't their fault though. One thing I have to say negative is, I was excited to get my glasses the very same day as in the past, but I guess corporate didn't find that benefit for customers necessary anymore. I paid for reflective lens to keep the glare off from the eye doctor I had to go to during Covid, but the coating came off about a year and one-half later which made me unable to see through my glasses for a while so, I returned to Dr. Goodman's office. I needed the new glasses the day I came for an eye exam which was today, but was told they don't promise same day delivery anymore, but 5 - 7 days instead. I was truly disappointed as I still work and cannot use the regular glasses I wear. My wish is for corporate to reinstate the same day eye glass delivery. What does it hurt to do that? Other than that, my visit with the staff was PERFECT!
