Came here last week with my wife went through the whole procedure seeing several people then the doc. Mad an appointment for the surgery. 3 days later called and told us that doctor don't take our insurance. Did they not know that when we signed in? Now we are here today had to go through the whole process 7 days later to see a different doctor. Her eyes have not changed that much in 7 days. Then then doc calls us in the exam room then immediately grabs his computer leaves the room. Here we sit 30 minutes later this place is a joke. But only ball game in town. If you can avoid this place I recommend it.

I have been here three times with a family member. You can expect a two to three hour wait every time. This is ridiculous when doctors want to re schedule you when you are fifteen minutes late but keep you waiting all day. I guess the doctors time is more valuable than any ine else's!!! I hated to rate them one star. Didnt have an iption for zero!!!

Everyone has always been very nice and friendly with us. And around lunch time if your in there because most of the patients are diabetic they have drinks and crackers and some chips to snack on so you don't have insulin crash. And Dr Parma is very nice and friendly. Bless his heart I don't see how is can do it with all the people he sees in a day and he's always friendly.

Dr. Parma is an excellent and thorough physician. His support staff are great as well as the front office staff I have interacted with. It has been a long wait to see him a few times, but the waiting room is packed. There are a lot of patients he has to see, so you have to be understanding about the wait time. When you see him, he will take care of you, and answer all your concerns. He values your time and is not going to rush you out the door.
