I've been going to Stanton Optical for a few years now. One thing I love is that I can make a same day appointment and get in and out. I will say this was one of the best experiences I've had thus far. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, Becky helped me tremendously. I appreciate her high level customer service to the utmost.

The customer service is phenomenal the ladies that helped me (Litzy and Lakeisha forgive me if I spelled either of those names wrong) went above and beyond to answer all of my questions while being very kind and helpful! The exam itself is "telemed" overseen by a licensed optometrist that writes your prescription. This was the easiest and quickest eye exam appointment I have had thus far and I was very pleased! 100% recommend and will be returning again.

Litzy and Becky (Becky and Litzy?) were absolute TREASURES in their customer service. I can't remember the last time that I had FUN at an eye exam. Eye exams are are anxiety-inducing to think about for some, due to the high-pressure, predatory upselling tactics used by many offices. No such pressure with Becky. She made her recommendations where relevant/required, and helped me out with finding a nice frame in my budget (budget: as affordable as possible).
Litzy was kind and patient as she walked me through the exams, including the virtual/hybrid exam with the telehealth technician. Even though I arrived at the store late into the evening, both Litzy and Becky were energetic and gen uine in helping me.

Made an appointment yesterday, had immediate openings which was a shocker being from Montgomery lol...the office was neat, clean, and orderly. They had 2 young ladies working and they were both doing marvelous jobs multitasking, and handling multiple customers at once. The Dr visit is self was futuristic to say the least , as it was done virtually on a TV screen and webcam.
The only hiccup was they didn't inform me that my insurance was out of network until I got there, and after an hour drive I didn't feel like booking an appointment elsewhere.
Plus the 2 associates more than made up for someone else's lack of communication.

Lakesha and Litzy were fabulous. Stanton optical is a HYBRID eye professional. That means the actual eye exam is performed virtually via video conference. It was my first time doing that and it was exactly like having the doctor in the room.
Litzy worked with me on getting my contacts, and Lakesha with getting my glasses ordered. They even worked with my insurance and it was an easy process. It did take a little longer than usual, but was well worth the extra time.
I recommend 1000%.
