I had a great experience with Tanya at America's Best in Oxford. She was professional, friendly, and very patient throughout the whole process. Tanya took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with my choices. Customer service like hers really stands out -- she made the visit smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. If you go to America's Best in Oxford, I definitely recommend asking for Tanya. She truly goes above and beyond!

When I walked in, I greeted by the front desk, she actually brought my paperwork to me while I was sitting down. I picked out 2 pair of glasses with the final decision with the help of Londyn. Londyn was very professional, quick, she answered all of my questions with a beautiful smile. Thank you for great customer service. Tabitha Mitchel is the best employee at americas best in Oxford! I've never had anyone understand how much my glasses are apart of me & my story. I love my glasses & all the different designs but I have such a hard time finding the perfect ones for me. Tabitha went above & beyond to find what I wanted! She searched that entire store high & low to find me the prettiest round metal framed glasses I've ever owned! & I was able to even get my first pair of designer glasses! She found me the best deals & made sure I was more than happy before we ever placed the order! I will come back to americas best just to purchase my glasses from Tabitha every time now! Seriously that woman needs a raise I have looked at myself with my new glasses on probably 100 times since I've pick them up less than 24 hours ago alll because she took the time out of her day to make sure I was pleased with what I was getting not just getting another pair of ugly glasses I'd hate in a few weeks. Also they said I'd have to wait till the 6th before the glasses would get their they arrived 3 days early AND they made sure to call & tell me because they new how eager I was to get them. When I get there to pick them up Tabitha & her friend that works with her boosted my confidence through the roof when I put them on for the first time!! Seriously couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I love America's Best because it is a no hassle experience. It's easy to make an appointment online, I hardly have to wait, and I am very happy about the price at the end of my visit. Chrystal was awesome getting me set up for my glasses order. And I do believe Dr. Husicic is the BEST optometrist I've ever had. He's very thorough but efficient with the time. My glasses are always right. I am also very glad that they check for diseases and tumors on my visit. I had a great experience.
