After reading a few of the reviews, I was hesitant because I was a walk-in, but I also didn't have a lot of time to wait around. I was afraid that I would have a long wait, but I didn't. They had me out of there in an hour. Dr Burk was extremely helpful & professional, & the other ladies were also very nice & helped me decide which glasses looked best on me.

They are required to take all walk ins. That means even if you have an appointment, you will be waiting hours! Then even if you pay for everything at the time of service/purchase, they still might send you a bill 3 months later blaming it on a slow insurance process. Do yourself a favor and go to America's Best Eyecare at the Oxford Exchange.

Appointments mean nothing here! First visit-waited over an hour. Second visit- waited over two hours. Third visit- scheduled during my lunch hour, explained that I had an hour to get back to work and see my patients at their scheduled appointments, I was told six people ahead of me and that's impossible. Rescheduled again.......was told I'll tell the doctor you didn't want to wait. Again, explained that I had patients to see today, has nothing to do with want. After nearly $200 and wasted time, rescheduled for tomorrow. I CAN'T get my rx that I've paid for without the last visit. The staff is extremely rude, unpleasant and lack empathy and or understanding. The eye doctor herself, is very knowledgeable and friendly, but you cannot speak to her without wasting your time and discarding your own responsibilities.
