Horrible experience. They never answer calls, do not return messages. Truly hate giving a bad review but come on. I show up because of no returned calls, wait over 15 minutes for someone to just acknowledge me. I have to stop someone and ask for help. Even if you're currently with a customer and the only one working, you can at least greet them. Once I'm done with my needs, I'll not be back.

The eye exam was very thorough and everyone was very nice and friendly. The technician even brought me some cold water when I mentioned that my mouth was very dry and I wish I had brought my water bottle with me. I thought that was super nice of him!

My husband was there for over 2 hours for his appointment. There were only 2 other patients there. He had to come out of the room and ask what was going on to get released. While we were there another person was there lodging a complaint about her order being wrong as well. It's been almost 4 weeks and he still hasn't received his new glasses. Neither of us will return.
