I went to the Walmart Vision Center in Pell City for the first time today and I was blown away!! We just moved here and I had to get my glasses repaired. I had purchased a warranty when I bought the glasses but it was at another Walmart store and I wasn't sure if I could use it at the store here in Pell City. I walked in and was greeted by the manager, Tamirra Johnson , and she made me feel like I had been coming there for years. She took my glasses and did the repair and asked if I needed anything else and she was genuine!! She was knowledgeable and sincere, the store was very clean and everyone was friendly and I will be going back for all my business!! Thank you, Tamirra.

I have to say that the ladies that work in the vision center are great. They are very nice and very helpful. I came in there with my prescription in hand to purchase a pair of sun glasses there. First of all, I went in on Friday and was told that I would get a call when they were ready, probably 1 week. However, I got a call the following Monday, that they were already done. I have went in to get adjustments on the temples, and they have been so wonderful each time, eager to get the best fit. My sunglasses were about 1/3 of the price that I was quoted from a doctors office in town. I plan to go back there for my next pair.

WOW!!! I was expecting a nightmare coming for an eye test with a 2 year old. But the ladies at the vision center were so nice and helpful. The entire staff was friendly but professional . They were so nice that my Grandson, Lucas was a perfect angel.

I love the doctor at the vision center but she doesn't seem to keep a very close watch on the girls she hires. More times than not, they are late or not caring to answer the phones when they are there. It gets very frustrating and it makes you wonder just how much business they are losing because of it.
