Front desk staff worked me into the schedule quickly! My triage care was top notch! The lady pre-examining me was incredibly thorough and well trained. Dr. Matthew was very professional when discussing my care and explaining a course of treatment. And when I had a slight mishap, he was speedy to respond. The check in and check out process was great. Everyone I encountered was friendly and polite! My family and I have been using another optometrist in town for years and have never gotten this type of care. We will all be making the switch to this office!

Would give zero stars if I could. Do not use this eye doctor!!! Made an appointment over the phone and provided my son's Medicaid number . Took my lunch at work to take him only to find out they refuse to see you if you don't have a physical copy of the Medicaid card with you. Very rude receptionist that wouldn't even write my son an excuse that he was there after being kept out of school. Very unprofessional business

I have been going to Vision Plus when my daughter was 5 and took her back last week ,now she's 8 year old because she was having headaches - Dr. Matthew is the best! Vision plus is Efficient with my appointments, And the Dr. extremely detailed with her exam, and explains things on an easy to understand level. My daughter loved him she said "he was kind and explained her really well and funny". Staff is extremely helpful with insurance ,plus with opinions as she picked out frames. Can't recommend this place enough!

I hurt my eye and this whole office was compassionate and caring! The doctor told me to message him no matter what time if I was in pain and need him to put more drops in. I also used them for my regular vision exam and love that they have text option and respond right away! Highly recommend

Had an appointment the 29th. They call me the 28th and cancel. Had no plans to reschedule and have yet to contact me to reschedule.
Anyone trying to get an eye exam knows that everything is at least a month out. At this point I'm running on may last pair of contacts and hope that they can make it until then.

They are not very customer service driven. Took me a month to get a pair of glasses. I had to keep calling them just to see if my glasses had came in. No one called me even though my glasses had been in a week. Don't pay your balance in full, if you owe them money they will call you, if you don't owe them they could care less.
