On behalf of Saraland City Schools, the owner, Pam, and other employees go above and beyond for our students- and especially our students in need. If glasses are broken, they fix them immediately, they work with families, and they make it a top priority for that day. They have never disappointed and we are always amazed and how competent and helpful they always always are! Awesome staff and awesome work ethic!

I'd been scarred from getting glasses. I made the mistake of going to Americas Best on Airport the last time, so I wanted to go somewhere new. I was very nervous, but the woman who checked me in was very kind and personable. When she brought me back, she was equally as kind and thorough in her questions. Dr. Charlotte herself was amazing, I'm swapping to contacts and she answered every question I had. She gave me good advice on where I should start as well. She even showed me my eye, and went over the overall health she can gather from that. I will definitely be back!

Great eyecare clinic and doctor. They worked me on short notice to see the doctor about a medical eye problem. All the staff was very polite and caring. The doctor had good bedside manner , cared and listened to my concerns. I would definitely return here again. I highly recommend Eyeworld Vison center

Yes I made an appointment on a Saturday. Drove 45 minutes get down here then they talking about they didn't approve the appointment. They called an old number. I had not the number I gave them. When I made the appointment they refused to see me couldn't reschedule an appointment. This is the worst place. Worst customer service I've ever seen. I would not recommend this place. I tell you go to Walmart first

I've never experienced anything like this i went to pick up my glasses that cost me 513.00 not paid with insurance and got the glasses and they looked used and had tons of scratches on them ... they claimed the glasses was brand new but i think different nothing was done to make this situation right but a cleaning cloth and cleaning spray im furious about this i honestly want my money back or new pair of glasses im more then certain they used the pair of glasses that was in the display they people have used and give them to me!

This place says the glasses that were over $130 are scratch resistant and they are not. The glasses came with the wrong frame and they wouldn't exchange or refund them so I was stuck with them and then the frames are cheaply made and now they want to charge to fix them. And my friend had the same issues with this place. Very unsatisfied customer and our family and friends will take our money elsewhere going forward. Save yourself the drama and stress and choose a capable reputable eye doctor.
