I had an appointment at this location. The provider, Dr. Maxwell, took my first appointment with him to use as a learning/teaching experience for his colleagues. While I have no issue with others being in the room, a heads up or an ask would have been nice. Maxwell's passive aggressiveness was also noted. Staff at the front TOLD me what glasses I could not pick to wear. When I asked why I could not choose this particular frame, her response was they did not fit my face. Everyone is entitled to an opinion and when my face is involved, an outsider's opinion is not needed. Do not recommend. wait times are also long.

This has been my vision center since a child. The staff is AMAZING! They provide a very strong backbone for the doctor! Always neat and clean, affordable prices and most importantly the Doctor is OUTSTANDING! He's one of the types you have no choice but to make family lol. My last visit was special to me. He challenged my mind without even knowing and inspired me even more to go back to school! Him and his crew are truly COMMITTED and I would recommend them with ten stars if I could. God bless that building as well as the workers.

This place has a warm and friendly but business and friendly atmosphere. Everyone was so nice and treated you just like family. It's a great place to take your elderly parents, your lids, and even yourself! Dr.Maxell and his staff,including all 3 location, are impeccable with the care of my eyes.

This is the most dedicated staff that you could ever hope for. They pride themselves in customer service and procision with every test. They go above and beyond with each visit while greeting clients with kindness and a smile. They even have their own in house fashionista when it comes to matching you with the perfect pair of frames. Thank you guys for such wonderful service every time.

Dr.Maxwell is through, efficient, and Professional. Over 10 yrs of service he has given me service that i am satisfied with. I highly recommend Eyemax also because of the high technology that they use.

They made me a return eye check up for November 8, 2023. Eyemax is no longer there in Selma, business closed without even letting their patients know! Very disappointing!!!

Very Rude Remarks Were Made During My Visit That I Didn't Like What Was Said Very Long Waiting Time. Felt Rushed Through My Appointment When I Asked Questions.

Very nice and friendly staff. Dr. Maxwell is very well knowledgeable in his field.
