America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Awesome experience, affordable, accurate & very prompt. I ordered 2 pairs & they didn't try to upsell continually. It was great & product worth the wait. They tell you the glasses may take up to 2 wks, but I had mine in less than a week, about 3 biz days! I highly recommend Americas Best!

The good: The pre-test nurse and the front staff! They're amazing. The bad: plan to spend at least 2 hours ever time you come. The process is like conveyor belt style and it's very slow. The ugly: the Dr is only one they have and she is not kind. After a pair of trial contacts I went back and told her that they were way too strong that they made me nauseated and I couldn't see. She told me that it is my age and there was nothing she could do to help me. Apparently at the age of 40 this just magically happens. I'm pretty sure my age has nothing to do with the prescription she gave me being too strong she finally just ended up asking me what I wanted her to do and she ultimately did it but did not give me a new pair of trials so I have no idea if this prescription will work or not. This woman has no business working with people :(I've never had an eye doctor Dr mess up my prescription let alone twice, and get two different prescriptions in a 3-day period of time.

When I received my prescription, the glasses were way too big. She kept trying to steam them and bend them to fit but that did no good due to them just being entirely to wide. They did not at all fit like the frames I tried on and picked out. Instead of saying let's send them back and order a new pair of frames , they said to take and try them. I have yet to Wear them and it's been 5 months. She could obviously see they were too big! Would not recommend. For the record the doctor was great.

I did not like my glasses when I first got them because I was not used to wearing them, especially the Progressives. I went to the store and a lady helped me to get my sunglasses corrected and suggested a pair of computer glasses. I got them yesterday and they made all the difference in the world! I love them now!

They were very helpful/nice and adjusted my glasses for free. I first went to Perspective eyeglass store in the same plaza and they said they couldn't adjust my glasses and seemed like they didn't want to help right from the start. Had a way better experience here. I will be back here to get my next frames!

I like this place alot. I had a great experience. You can tell the optometrist actually cares about his craft. As for the lady's up front 10/10 customer service. If You need glasses or contacts come here.

Went yesterday to get a replacement after mine got broke!! They were nothing but nice in helping me out!! That's why I'll be back

I'm currently down in the area and my glasses are broken. I called them hands down. They help me with no problem. They went out of their way to help me with a super heavy situation and made my day so much better. I'm so grateful for Vicky and everyone on this location . Mr Miley.
