Excellent experience at Perspective Eye Center. Dr. Calhoun was extremely professional and thorough--my vision correction was checked more carefully than it has been in years. The staff was friendly and efficient, and they have a very good selection of frames.
I also appreciated the option to have retinal imaging done for a small additional cost, which was absolutely worth it and avoided the need for dilation drops. Highly recommend this practice.

I had such a smooth and easy visit at this eye doctor's office. They were able to get my contacts fitted, order my new glasses, and update my prescription, all in one visit! I was honestly so impressed with how efficient and organized everything was. Everyone in the office is incredibly kind and welcoming. The staff really go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable, heard, and properly fitted. It never felt rushed, they took their time to make sure everything was just right. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and value a great experience from start to finish. There are many options for frames as well. From junior sized frames to glasses that have magnetic sunglasses. As well as transition frames!
Highly recommend this place if you're looking for excellent eye care with a personal touch!

Had a great experience. Learned some things that I've never learned before or been told by other eye docs. Also the imagery that they use is the clearest I've ever seen. I have permanent damage to my right optic nerve, and I've never seen it is as clear as the image they showed me. Also, they were cool that I wanted to get my glasses else where. They didn't hassle me about it and they didn't give me a hard time about giving me my prescription. I've had that type of experience at a couple other eye docs in the Eastern Shore area. 10/10 Would highly recommend Perspective Eye Center

Horrible experience !!! Office Manager in violation of the ADA guidance on "reasonable accommodations" said she could NOT assist me w/signing their Patient sign in log. Very rude. Sadly, I was excited to use Dr Calhoun who is a Chilton County Native - a county that I have a personal love for. Had wished for a better experience.

Trip to Perspective Eye Center was great. Really wish I could remember the young lady that ran my test name , she was great! Dr.Calhoun was great too. Afterwards the lady that helps you pick your glasses out was very helpful and honest about how you look in the frames so that was great too. Overall would definitely recommend them.

Dr. Gross is the best. I visited several eye doctors because I was having eye pain. One wanted to do surgery, but all I had was dry eyes. And just like that, using bandaid contacts for awhile, getting fitted for a sclera lens, and treating my eyes with Refresh products plus wearing an eye mask at night, my pain went away. Thanks Dr. Gross n team.

I went in to get my glasses adjusted, and the woman working there asked if I had purchased them from that store. When I said no, she then asked if I "wear my glasses on top of my head." I didn't even understand the question at first, as someone who needs glasses to see, who does that? I even showed her how I normally put them on because I thought I misunderstood.
After I said yes (out of confusion), she told me she couldn't adjust them. It really felt like she just didn't want to help so I just left. I went to a different eyeglass store in the same plaza right after, and they adjusted them with no issues at all.
Overall, the experience here felt unhelpful and a bit gimmicky. I wouldn't recommend this place.
