Kaden at America's Best was amazing! He took his time helping my mother find the perfect pair of glasses and made the whole process easy and stress-free. She was on the fence about lenses, but he explained everything so well that he even convinced her to go with the ruby red transitioning lenses. They look awesome and she love them. Do not recommend, if you can go anywhere else please do! Ariyana has the worst attitude when you ask her 1st grade level questions about your service. I asked her to give me information on my receipt and she could not do that. She moved soooo slow that another employee had to ask if she needed help. What should have took 20 minutes took 60! Ariyana is very unprofessional!!!! catching an attitude because a customer is asking you questions is insane! The only thing i can do is pray they pull her aside for additional training on customer service. This company will never have to worry about my service ever again!

Angel how are you the general manager but your customer service is terrible? Shouldn't that be the first thing someone learns when they start a job. Every other worker there was extremely helpful but your expectations were so off. Do better.

I took my 89 years old mother to America's best last week, she was i through confuse but we ended up getting an eye. exam within 20 minutes of going in explaining her needs, everyone from the front desk to the doctor and upon picking out glasses running and applying her insurance was amazing, I would feel very comfortable in my 89 years old mother returning on her own if needs, we return in one day shy of a week and picked her glasses up, America's best is the best for your eye care needs.

It's an excellent establishment, renowned for its good work, but unfortunately, they have a terrible staff member named "Ariyana." We requested a quote for 12 members of my team, and her behavior is rude, mocking, and above all, impatient. She shouldn't be working there because she's causing them to lose clients.
