Excellent from start to finish! I called in , and they helped me figure out my vision insurance. I had little time, and they were highly efficient with their process, and actions. I was in and out within 45 minutes. They were extremely busy, but everyone was pleasant and highly professional. Dr Box is amazing, and on top of his game. I had a separate issue with both of my eyes and I was worried. They always take pics of your eyes and give an eye exam before giving you a diagnosis. He looked at both of my eyes and it was reassuring. I had poked my left eye with a pair of scissors and it was still hurting two weeks later. My eye was fine. I just had sinus pressure affecting it. My right eye had a stye that wouldn't go away. So I have to keep putting a warm compress on it 4x a day and keep taking the antibiotic that he prescribed. I always feel calm after leaving his office.
