I called Monday( Nov.17th) because I lost my glasses at work and I wanted to see how did they go about that issue and I spoke with the rudest person , named Brittany. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what but the way she talks to people is unacceptable. I called back the next day to speak to someone else and I received great service and she took care of my issue.
