They listen to your preferences and concerns and don't try to pressure you into buying eyewear you don't need or that is out of your budget. Highly recommend this location.

All office workers and doctors were excellent and very knowledgeable. However, their nightmare check-in computer software is an absolute mess. It's typical of a large corporate takeover launching something that shouldn't be launched because it's not ready. In the meantime, the office workers are going through a hellish nightmare of having deal with the customer and the non-functioning software that they've been forced to work with even though it's not ready. The folks in the boardroom need to do much better.

These people will try their best to oversell you. They add features that aren't necessary and have no idea what kind of glasses you are there for. I waited for one girl to get off her personal call for 15 minutes. She moved to Alabama in 2018 and loves how peaceful it is here. No mind the customer that's been waiting...
I was told when I left after my exam that all my information would be saved. Guess what?? It wasn't saved or at least that's what they said. I was in on 12/10 and when I came back in because they didn't have my information the girl said they only save the information for 30 days. Ironically it was 1/5. These people are frauds. They don't deserve my business.

She's been my doctor for over a decade now, and I can only say good things about how she's treated me! She offers me different types of contacts that could help with any issues I have which I'm grateful for. I don't feel like a number here.

I absolutely love my eye doctor, Dr. Casey Brown and the staff here. She is so fabulous! However, I truly despise the hard sell of contacts and glasses that occurs at checkout. It feels like you're sitting at the desk of the principal's office in detention. I dread checkout so much and would go someplace else if it wasn't for Dr. Brown.
