I haven't had my eyes checked in years. I was embarrassed and they didn't make me feel bad. Helped me pick out some stylish glasses! I'm very happy with the service and glasses! Very friendly staff!

Best eye shop in Eagle River! Extensive mens selection including Oakley and Maui Jim brands. Staff and Dr. Moore was very nice knowledgeable. They even found another insurance plan that I didn't even know I had. I will definitely be back.

Have been here before, the eye care is okay but on my recent appointment I called ahead to let them know I'd be 10 to 15 min late and that was too long for them and I'd have to reschedule. Which I wasn't doing as I live in wasilla and only was going to them because they are familiar

We went here for my daughter's first pair of glasses. Everything was satisfactory until they didn't call us to say the glasses had come in leaving us to go check on the status leading into the fourth week of waiting when they told us two weeks was the usual wait time. Waiting one extra week is not the problem, however when we went to check the status of her glasses we were asked "did we call you?" To which I responded "no." She then replied with an offensive tone "well then they probably aren't here"...fast forward ten seconds and "oh they are here". This woman clearly doesn't understand what good customer service means for a business, I have good insurance and will need new glasses myself at some point. We won't be returning customers here.

The people were great at my appointment, but if you have Medicare, they do not pay for anything. They tried to charge medicare $295 when I was told my eye exam was $65 and I was convinced to get a picture of my eye for $39, instead of getting my eyes dilated, which I paid cash for. They charge and get reimbursed the same amount to all other insurers! This is why our insurance is so expensive! I called and inquired about this billing and I was confirmed that's how they operate.

The staff was friendly and professional. I saw Dr. Musick and she was great! She was thorough, professional and cordial. Highly recommend.

Best staff ever! Excellent patient care and concern for patient out of pocket costs.
