Great customer service here with a quick turnaround on lenses. I got two pair of prescription glasses, one was completely free. The glasses were ready in 20 minutes after making the purchase. They also have a great selection of frames from designer to fashion brands. I did take my prescription with me and did not get an eye test done there. Def recommend.

I went in blind and came out hour later and i could see!! This was my first visit. It was easy! Great customer service. Im busy all the time and went in she took my script asked a few questions and while i waited at brewsters had a drink and a snack and before i was done my glasses were ready! Really good experience. Eyemart Express was great! We came here because my daughter broke her glasses. Dustin was very helpful and knowledgeable, he got my daughter a new pair of glasses in less than an hour! The technician that helped me didn't tell me about a sale price, 2 pair of glasses for $100, when I went to pickup my glasses the gentleman that was helping me commented about it and said I couldn't get the deal as it had to be done at the same time when I ordered the first pair, so no deal. But the management made it right. Thank you Eye Mart. I will return for my next pair and I'll recommend you to everyone I know.A great place with a management team that cares!!

OmG I called to make an appointment for a renew prescription and it was set for that same morning I called in! Secondly I ordered two frames for 19.95 a piece( plus an additional extra added for the lenses) and got two glasses made in 22 minutes being done before the advertised one hour wait time!! I'm so glad for Eyemart they have the best deal in town w/ little wait time. Im super stoked especially because noone can order glasses with an expired prescription and no-one can drive with a prescription like mine without the glasses Id be off roads and unable to work.They have a great selection of frames to choose from!

Man, these folks were on the ball. I told them what I was there for, exactly why I needed the glasses and what my doctor had recommended, and these guys were on it like a fat kid on a cupcake. Okay probably not the best way to put that, but there it is.
They didn't waste time trying to upsell me on anything, which I was greatly appreciative of as the glasses I bought are temporary anyway. They simply pointed to the spot on the wall where I could find the least expensive frames, and said go to town. And then, after I picked out the frames and they took a little info from me, the damned glasses, both sets, were done, start to finish, in like 20 minutes.
They may seem a bit curt in the service area, but I think thats because they're just trying to get to the point and get you the glasses you need asap.
