I'm in my 60s & this was my best experience with an eye exam. Dr. Koop is excellent. Very thorough. She explains everything. She also is very courteous & respectful. Sherree helped me order my contacts & later had to reverse & repost the transaction because I didn't realize I had eye insurance. All of the staff was knowledgeable & very kind. I highly recommend them.

First time in and I was quite impressed by the staff and Dr. Koop. Michael was very helpful picking out some glasses for me and making sure I got the correct discounts from my insurance. The technician who did my pre-exam was very personable. And the doctor was thorough and listened to me to solve a problem I have been having. Hoping my insurance will allow me to keep this office

Went here because our son has an astigmatism. Told them the #1 reason we're here is to get glasses to fix that at night. They said ok. Doctor did her thing and made recommendation. I repeated the #1 reason we were here and asked if this would fix that. She said "yes." They did NOTHING for it. Then, they refused to refund the cost of the exam, just the glasses. Then, said it will take up to 45 days for insurance to reinstate the benefit to allow us to go somewhere else. Said if we call the insurance, can usually get it done in a couple days. Well, called insurance, going to take another 30 days they said. Moral of the story, don't trust anything they tell you here. If your visit is quit simple, basic glasses and no issues, they might be ok. Other than that, save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. Polite and friendly staff, just dishonest and untruthful.

I used to come here regularly for glasses, and the in-store team--especially Luke--was always awesome. You could tell they genuinely cared and worked well together. Everyone was friendly and helpful, even while clearly short-staffed. Unfortunately, the issues seem to come from upper management. The frontline employees deserve better support from the territory level. I have to give a 1 star review because I know that's the only thing the territory management and above will listen to. The store team great tho but I can't keep supporting a business that's treats their own employees so poorly.

Not sure what is happening but this location is not the same. They seem to be short staffed, not the same customer service we received before. The front desk person they don't seem to know what or how to get information regarding insurance now. Didn't catch their name but it is a older lady. The manager Luke that was there before went the extra mile to help with picking out my glases for me and my wife. I understand that Brandi is no longer at this location. Then was told Luke and Nonda were no longer there. Robin is still great as the tech and Dr. Koop is awesome. Not sure if I will be making the drive now to this location as it was a 45 min drive.

The office staff are always pleasant and a pleasure to work with. Luke has always taken the time to help me find the right frames as I can be very indecisive and he's always been very helpful and patient with me.
