Great people from the front door all the way through the office! Dr Sidhu Is excellent, as are the support staff who help with the testing. Great front desk, schedulers, and the gal that checks insurance is also just awesome!

My first time in and it was for an emergency appointment. The system to screen me via the phone and receiving a return phone call was amazingly smooth. I was seen the same day of my request. The entire staff was welcoming and very professional. My exam was in-depth and I learned more about my eyes than I have ever done in the past! Thank you.

The reception was lousy. Very bad, although the other professions behind the receptionist was great. I had an 8:15 appointment and checked in at 8:05. The kiosk apparently rebooted while I was checking in and I sat there for almost 1 hour. Finally I asked why I wasn't been seen and the response was you never checked in. They never noticed that I was the only one in the waiting room for an hour. Had I not said something I'm sure I would have been charged an office visit, but, I see they don't credit me the office visit charge for wasting my time for an hour. Pretty sad. Two things: Get rid of the kiosk and have a real person check you in, or, go someplace else.

They showed me they cared on the very first phone call.
I woke up with a pain in my eye. My eye had noticeable blood so I called my wife's eye Dr.
My first appointment was with in hours of my call.
During my appointment they displayed Professional care for my eye issue. The Dr even was concerned about my sensitivity to bright light in my eye.
I would recommend this eye center to my family and friends.

Dr C Schaffer is the best, most observant, thorough, caring, vigilant and medically brilliant of any ophthalmologist I have ever had!

My last appointment was less than pleasant. Patients are to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment. My time is as valuable as the clinic so when I have to wait 15 minutes past my appointment time and they are walking back and forth not realizing I'm waiting, lack of communication between staff and staff and patient. Tests are conducted and your placed in another lobby for an additional 15 minutes and time spent with the doctor 15 minutes. Your not even seen for 30 minutes after arriving.You should plan for 1.5 hours just for a routine follow up with no refraction. It used to be a whole lot better and this includes checking in with a receptionist not a kiosk, what does she do since she doesn't make appointments or answer phones they go through a call center. Dissappointing and frustrating!
