I was impressed with the service in the office they were all very nice and detailed on everything they were doing. The Dr was very nice , came in and actually showed me the results of the testing that was done on site with details and pictures. Very few offices around here are in a good/friendly mood and make you wait for a very long time. I will refer everyone to there office. Highly recommend

I was sent a reminder that I was due for my annual check up via text and email.
I was able to book the appt within my time restrictions. Receptionists was very friendly and polite. Very willing to accommodate my restrictions and offered me multiple day and time choices.
I received a reminder call the day before my appt.
Day of appt I was greeted as I entered and again receptionist and all staff were super friendly and very polite. I had a very short wait.
Dr. Nurses, support staff were extremely friendly and very thorough with explanations of findings during the exam and gave me lots of time to ask questions. At no time did I feel rushed or unimportant.
I highly recommend Mojave eye if your looking for an eye center.

Pleasurable experience overall. Front desk handled my concerns professionally and with care. Went to the wrong location and to make matters worse i forgot my wallet with license and ins. Worried would have to miss my appt the girl advised no worries and continued with my appt. Sigh of relief. Back office asst and doctor was so nice , carefully went over eye RX and results. Answers any questions. Go to this location!
