On 2/24/26 I stopped in to the Bullhead City location to discuss a bill I received and I had the opportunity to speak with Daniella. What an experience of EXCELLENT customer service she provided !! She explained my billing issue and I was able to order more contacts and she even ordered me a trial pair so I could have them in time for my vacation. Thank you Daniella...your personality and knowledge in your job will keep me coming back and referring people to Nationwide. Give that girl a raise !!

We had an excellent experience with Nationwide Vision! The staff are all very friendly and helpful. At first I wasn't sure about bringing my daughter here because the Doctor is remote. However the care she received from Yumari was more than what I expected or could have asked for. She is kind and patient and let us know how the appointment would go before we started. The remote Dr. Cope was kind and efficient and I truly felt that she cared about getting the right prescription for my daughter. The lady Michelle who ordered the glasses was kind and patient ensuring we got all the important extras. Jasmine! She was absolutely the best! She took the time to look up insurance stuff for us and give different pricing for contacts and helped us make sure we were utilizing our insurance the best way possible! The rest of the staff were all very friendly and the vibe was good! I'm pleased with the care and the office.

I am very happy with Dr. Jennifer Nguyen. She is awesome! She was thorough with the exam, friendly, explained everything very well. Best eye doctor I've seen in many many years. The staff are all very nice and helpful. Only thing I was unhappy with is the selection of frames. There wasn't a single frame in the store that I liked. Maybe in the future you might want to stock not just the in style or popular frames, but maybe some styles from the past 10 years or so. Keeping everyone happy keeps you on top.

After filling out a multiple page new patient packet and booking my appointment. I arrived to find a near empty office apart from 5 staff members. The staff then spent an hour chatting with each other and paying no attention to their customers. When approached they were short and dismissive. The doctor was respectful and knowledgeable. An hour and 30 wait to see the doctor, 5 minutes with the doctor and then another 15 minutes to get a staff member to acknowledge me for choosing glasses or to just pay and get my prescription. Eventually I left just with my prescription and went to Walmart. There the staff member noticed Nationwide had spelt my name wrong and my prescription was missing half the information needed to order the correct script. Thankfully she called Nationwide and had them fax over a correct prescription and correct my name. If you can find an alternative do so. Don't use them.

Dr. Jennifer Nguyen did my eye exam and she's simply fantastic. She's very personable, she's thorough and she explains everything. I've probably had 30 eye exams in my life and this one stands out as the best, thanks to Dr Nguyen. AAAAA+++++
