I have had my children's appointments canceled. I finally was able to get them in and we have been sitting here for over an hour past my daughter's appointment. When I asked what was taking so long I was told the people who have better insurance get to go first. Okay so why the heck did I schedule an appointment. This isn't even the first time I've had issues here. I came to get my daughter's glasses and get them fixed to her face and I was ignored until I finally insisted someone help me. The one lady here seemed helpful but she's literally the only one. I've never had any problems at any other nationwide vision just this one. Staff really needs to do better. And they should also be happy they are getting paid either way. My insurance shouldn't matter when I set a time to be seen that time should be set.
I have been taking my kids here for about 5 years. The staff is great and very helpful. I recently came in and was helped by Lacey. She helped fix my kid's glasses, no questions asked. The staff is always polite and they don't seem bothered by any customers. They also are fluent in Spanish which is a major help in this community. Highly recommend if you want good customer service, quality care, and affordable prices.
Great honest service. Being medical services have been "retail-ized", This place does this "old time" medical. They offer any & everything for your vision. HOWEVER they explain benefits, xtra cost and offer choices. Xtra items that make your life & vision comfortable but aren't necessary for just basic sight. Personally I want 2 pairs sunglasses and 2 pair "regular" vision glasses as well as reading glasses. This alone is a hefty bill beyond what my insurance covers. I am willing to pay extra out of pocket to get polarized prescription sunglasses as well as adding glare reduction Its expensive but so worth it to see well and be comfortable and protected. Am I rich?? NO I am on Social Security and plan this expense saving a little each month and then there is credit card if I need. This is a great place to go as the really do listen to my needs, offer sugestions, and no pressure! thank all of you at Visionworks, Promenade Mall in Casa Grande, AZ.
Low score for pore customer service on the phone. I received a text from Nationwide advising me that my glasses were ready for pick up (and much, much earlier than originally told, this was a nice surprise). The nessage said to call and confirm since I purchased two sets of glasses. This was when the pore customer service commenced. I called the number that the text message provided and right away, it took forever for someone to answer. Once they did and I advised them for my reason to call, they were quick to state "that's an optical question, I'll have to transfer you to that side". Transfer she did, where the phone range again and again, endlessly, to a point to where the phone just disconnected. I wasn't going to hangup. After 6 minutes of continuous ringing, I was determined to get someone to answer. Someone, anyone. The phone disconnected after 7 minutes of ringing and not so much as a return call to apologize for the hangup or to make sure I obtained my information. Lastly, they made an error on my order and now I have to come back again when those are ready. No disrespect to anyone but with skyrocketing inflation on every day items, I would expect a little better customer service. I don't have to come to this company, I can get my glasses online. Sometimes, I think thats the best way to purchase these days.

My Insurance changed so I needed to get my Rx from a different office filled here as they accepted my insurance. From Lacey at the front desk getting me set up to come right away, and helped me pick out frames to try, to Laura who was so patient and took her time to make sure I was getting what I needed and the best deal possible. All questions and concerns about insurance were addressed immediately by the manager/supervisor. Everyone was pleasant, busy and professional. I haven't seen the Doctor yet, but will be in a few months and an looking forward to it. I would recommend Nationwide Vision in Casa Grande, . They were stocking sunglasses (always handy in Az) and new frames to an already large selection.
This place is outstanding! I guess I'll start from the beginning of walking in there, the staff were very friendly and greeted us right away. They were busy, however, we did not have to wait to check in for our appointment. My husband was there for an actual medical eye injury he sustained and the Dr was super amazing and took the time to be thorough, he helped my husband tremendously! We have a follow up appointment this week and we are so eager to get the status of his eye healing. This was our first time here and we will be getting all our eye care needs thru Nationwide! Oh, I almost forgot, we called that morning ( Saturday ) and was seen the same day, new patient and all. I am very appreciative for the staff here and their knowledge and great customer service!!!
We've been going there for 7 years now and I won't take my Autistic grandson anywhere else. They are kind, understanding and great. The prices are reasonable and I'm very happy with all the staff and I love the optometrist. Very satisfied customer and I'll keep going.
Pleasant office. Appointment was fairly quick. They gave me their opinion on the frames I was deciding on which was really helpful. Dr. Ryan Nguyen answered all my questions and was very nice. Glasses were ready a week early!
