Had an eye emergency and they got me right in. Dr Jacobsen and their whole team were fantastic through the whole thing and during follow-ups. They take their time and make sure they've explained everything and answered all questions, unlike many I've been to that just rushed in and out. Excellent experience with their office!

I made an appointment for an updated prescription because I was having issues with driving at night. The initial technician was confused as to why I was there, so I told her the same thing. I leave there and realize I didn't get a copy of my prescription. So, I send a message on the portal asking for this. I was told I needed to pay $60 for it. I later checked back and realized they uploaded something to my portal account. It is incomplete so I send another message that the prescription is incomplete. They told me they doctor never finalize the prescription, so they uploaded what they have an are asking me to come back in. So, I took time off of work, Uber'ed there and home and you billed me for a visit only to still need to go back in and do it again because they couldn't be bothered to listen to me not once but twice. I won't be back.

Dr Stutz and each employee at the Gilbert location that I have dealt with has been pleasant, caring, and professional. I am able to get appointments quickly when I need them. The clinic is 3 hours away from my home, but it is worth it to me to get quality vision care. Thank you to each of you at the clinic!

You will regret going here. 0 stars for staff and doctor. I reviewed doctor notes and half of what she wrote she discussed with me, was never ever discussed. It was the first time seeing this. Can barely see and all I got was the same scripts for meds I've been taking which have done nothing to help my eyes. They took my $175 and then they send you on your ways. Find another place. Staff and medical assistant drop the ball, they don't call you back, they don't submit a script as requested by the doctor. Sent a fax 4 days ago, still haven't heard from anyone. Office manager is rude and nasty and is annoyed when asked to resolve an issue. Waste of time and money. They shouldn't be in business. Other reviews have to fake. No way anyone had a great experience here.

I guess I should have read the reviews before I made my appointment. The lack of communication between the front desk setting appointments and the peole doing the work is terrible. I was already upset the practice I like wasn't in my network anymore but dealing with a practice like this is making it worse.

I am pleased that we were directed to D.V.E.S.(Phx location) From our initial phone chat with Marissa, who was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to get my daughter in the next day. I was fortunate to have her check us in as well upon arrival. Walking back to the exam room with Sam, who was equally friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. S. Hancock, MD. His treatment was unlike anything I've experienced in a long time, and he was very educated as well. He made both my child and I feel at ease and described the procedure and aftercare thoroughly. This not only reflects my interaction with the staff as individuals, but also the entire staff environment, which was positive and welcoming. I would definitely recommend relatives and friends for care.

I did not get any help and it is very hard to get my HSA to pay this, as this practice appears a weird company selling glasses. They did not set up correctly. Wasted lots of my time, not worth to go to this place anymore. very bad experience.
