Eyeglass World

This was my first time visiting Eyeglass World and I was impressed! Julia was super knowledgeable and friendly. I've worn glasses my whole life and she taught me stuff I didn't know - in a short time too. My son had lost his glasses in the lake earlier the day and needed them for work the next day. We showed up an hour before they closed. Julia helped us and didn't seem annoyed at all. We had his prescription, info on the last frames he had purchased and a picture of him. (He wasn't with us as he hadn't gotten home from the lake yet). While the frames we picked weren't exactly what he had, she worked to find ones that were similar shape, right size and in stock so she could have ready for us the next day by 12:00pm. Wow! She will have them ready in less than 24 hours?!?! Fantastic! Thank you Julia for your knowledge and exceptional customer service.

I was in and out in less than an hour. The doctor and staff were all very nice and helpful. They have a huge selection of frames, ranging from extremely affordable to designer. I just hate that I have to wait 2 weeks for my cute new glasses (I know that's typical for glasses, so not a complaint)

This is my 4th or 5th time here. And my last. Started off with optometry receptionist calling a couple hours before my appointment asking about my insurance and I told her. Visit with the optometrist was pretty good. We spoke about my concern for the glasses I received last visit needing to get check to confirm they gave me the correct prescription. Then I was handed off to Jordan for glasses. After the Dr told him to check my glasses. We sit at his desk go through my records looking at numbers. Everything checks out. He goes in back to ensure they have the right lenses, returns and yep. (Never checked the old glasses) Now the annoying part. I have two pairs of glasses I brought in that were purchased at this exact location. 1 of them never left the box. That set hurt my eyes. He hits me with an additional $20 each set for what he called "tracing". The receipt calls it POF handling fee. At this point he also tells me they don't accept my insurance so that will also be out of pocket expense. A simple heads up that it wasn't accepted would have been nice and why did they feel the need to document my insurance when they don't accept it anyways.

I had a great experience at the Eyeglass World San Tan mall location. Rachel was knowledgeable, helpful, and was able to fix my kid's glasses on the spot so I didn't want to come back. She was pleasant and very efficient. Great customer service.

Alex took care of me during my entire visit. She did an amazing job. She is professional, has a great customer relation attitude, very knowledgeable and kind. You hired a great asset when you hired her. Please promote or increase salary to keep this professional in your company.

Friendly, fast, and extremely affordable. Great people, place, and the price for 2 pair of bifocals with the exam (without insurance) $215. And I got them the next day.

I had the best customer service experience ever!! My glasses broke and I am about to have surgery in a few days and can't be without my glasses since I will be in the hospital for several days . I called and spoke to the store manager and he told me to come right in and they would find a frame to fit the leno( I previously bought there ) to get me through and they absolutely did !! Rachel was a huge help and even gave me a $25 % off coupon to use since I don't have vision insurance and the frame was very inexpensive! I will definitely refer them to my family and friends and continue to come back . I am very grateful for their support and their customer service values.

Alex was so incredibly helpful! I went in a with a pair of broken glasses and she said she would give it her best shot to fix them. Not 10 minutes later I was walking out with fixed glasses. This place is the best!
