Desk staff for optometrist were really friendly and professional. Optometrist is excellent. Front counter staff for vision works are very nice as well and I was able to get in and out very quickly. My prescription barely changed and I was able to easily order a second pair of glasses with all the previous specifications of my original ones using the older prescription which was about a year and a half old. I was in and out of there very quickly. I really like the optometrist. He's thorough, professional and has a great bedside manner. I've been going to this Visionworks for almost as long as it's been open.

I've been coming to this location for several years and just love Dr. Glen Bassett! I have some crazy issues with my vision lately that are scary and complicated and he really cares and listens and goes the extra mile to help ensure I am taken care of. He thinks outside the box and comes up with solutions to help me see clearly ! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Greets you with a smile. Mike was great in helping me with fitting the glasses I chose . If you need glasses and eye exams, go visit Visionworks in Gilbert at the SanTan Village mall. You won't be disappointed!

Brought my child in for glasses he uses for amblyopia/lazy eye. When they took the prescription from me the guy missed the fact that he has bifocals. I corrected him and then he said he measured for them. In a pediatric the bifocal should bisect the pupil. When I asked if he marked the glasses properly (because I didn't see him measuring), he insisted he did it. I even mentioned bisect the pupils as that's how my son uses them. Now I will need to request that they do the lenses properly as they won't work for my son. They put the bifocals at the bottom edge of the frame and his eyes won't work with that. Also at pick up the guy did not offer to adjust the frames for a comfortable, proper fit. Just handed them over as is. With a pediatric patient please take the time and effort to make sure they are comfortable and happy. In addition, they had my phone number entered wrong so I never received a text or call to let me know when they were ready for pickup.

I always have a great experience at this location. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The options they have for glasses is vast and I enjoy trying on the different options And always appreciate the feedback as well. One of the associates yesterday went the extra mile and replaced the nose pads on my glasses and my daughters as well, even though they were busy. I greatly appreciate them for all that they do!!

Eye exam was great!! The Doctors were professional and gave time for questions and explained things really well. The testing was very thorough and informative. I will highly recommend to my friends and family.
When we purchased our glasses Jill assisted us and she was friendly and was so very helpful. She assisted us in finding the perfect glasses, answered all of our questions and gave us time to decide.

If you are having eye problems or just behind in getting them checked, try out this place. We have been patients for years. I've had floaters flashing lights and just old eyes I guess and Dr.Glenn and his staff are excellent kind and patience with everyone they meet. You could not go to a better place and be in better hands. I hope I never have to go anywhere else. Thank you all for all you do for me and my husband. Abd I love my glasses keep getting the same frame.
