Staff was incredibly friendly and let me browse at my own pace. They were attentive and available to answer any questions, and didn't hesitate to grab some frames in different colors from the back if they weren't on display. I know I'm both picky and particular, and they didn't make me feel like an inconvenience (5 stars for that, alone!) Trinity was great, incredibly helpful, and very easy to work with!

Great store with knowledgeable staff. Got me setup quick and found just the right lenses to match my style. Did my eye exam in house and it was the best ever. Ask for Dr. Lee by name. Worth the entire trip!

Absolutely incredible experience! The place is clean, professional, the workers are nice and helpful, and the glasses are all set up in a way that makes it easy to see every frame available! The Optometrist was also extremely helpful, kind, informative, knowledgeable and seems happy to be working! I am so excited to reconvene new glasses!

Best eye exam and customer service I've ever experienced updating my eye prescription and buying new glasses. 15 years wearing eye glasses and this is now the only place I'll go for yearly exam and eyeglasses purchase. Dr Lee the Optometrist performed the best thorough eye exam ever. Dr Lee took the time to ask and answer questions, did not hurry through the exam. Corrected my vision better than any other Dr I've seen in 15 years. Kelly the sales team member helped me pick out great frames and lens options to best suit my needs. Go to Warby Parker! I popped in to the store if they could adjust my glasses and David came to the rescue. They actually fit my head again. Not only did he know his stuff, he was super friendly! Go see David!

Everyone was very friendly, we had space and time to look around. The store was not crowded. The woman who helped us was nice enough to help adjust my old eyeglasses. Had my last pair of WB RX glasses for nearly eight years and never had issue with this brand. Also, the price is especially reasonable.
