I've been coming here for the last few years now to get my eye exams done and it's always a great experience. The ladies at the front desk are very sweet and welcoming and they eye doctor is very kind and professional. The environment of the clinic is quiet and relaxed which is also a huge plus.

I just came out of my appointment at 20/20 image. Dr Piranio was great, took time with me. I really appreciate that. The person that did my exams before the Dr was very nice. But the person that did my billing had a attitude. In front of the Dr she was nice. But when we sat to go over billing not so nice told me the insurance part & mine. She went thru the bill so fast that I asked "so what does the insurance pay". She replied "like a said". Really SO RUDE! Just answer me!

I had a very frustrating experience at 20/20 Image Eye Centers. Originally, they booked my appointment at the wrong location and then redirected me to another branch, which already started things off on the wrong foot.
I made it clear I was flying out in about a month and needed my glasses done on time. They assured me it would take about two weeks. But once they sent out my frames for lenses, they lost them for two whole weeks and never followed up until I called. After I raised a fuss, they finally found the frames and promised to expedite the job. Now here I am, just a few days before my flight, and they're yet to ship them out.
In short, they were unprofessional and caused a lot of stress by not valuing the timeline they promised. I'd strongly suggest avoiding this place if you need reliable service.

I had an eye emergency late Friday evening therefore I called the emergency number listed on the website for the Glendale location. I've been a patient at this location for at least 10-15 years. I never received a callback over the weekend. Therefore on Monday morning I immediately called the office directly so I could get my issue checked out. I tried three times but never received a call back after leaving multiple messages. I ended up calling the national scheduling center and they tried calling but could not get a hold of anyone as well. The person I spoke to said she was going to elevate the concern to her supervisor. The customer service representative was very helpful and was able to get me an appointment at another location "Eyetech" which is affiliated with 2020 they were amazing. Over the last few years, I've definitely noticed the level of service is not up to par at the Glendale location. I have officially changed all future appointments to Eyetech.

I went in to get a comprehensive eye exam and new glasses. Jasmine, at the front desk, was very helpful and polite. She helped me with any questions I had and explained everything in detail to me about glasses, warranty, add ons and pricing.
Dr. Siegel was very thorough in my eye exam. He explained my eye conditions in detail, and also explained it in a manner that I could understand. Also assured me that my eye condition wasn't serious and I had nothing to worry about.
Very thankful to have both of them assist me and would recommend.

If you have AHCCCS or Medicare and Medicaid do not come to this facility. They will tell you that you are covered and then call at a later date and say they provider that makes the glasses doesn't accept that insurance. They weren't helpful at all

2020 Image Eye Center is fantastic in every way, but mostly the staffing and the doctor is absolutely amazing. I recently tried another optometrist and you wouldn't think they'd be anything to it but I was extremely disappointed in them and will never drift from 2020 Image eye center again.

Great neighborhood eye doctor! Staff is friendly and competent, Dr. Lucca is kind, extremely knowledgeable and honest. I've seen them twice now for medical visits and they've been compassionate and accommodating. HIGHLY recommend!
