America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I've always gone to americas best for my glasses never had a problem since I've been a patient with them up until now. The Dr was amazing she was super nice, sweet and informative. Once I got to picking out the frames and paying that's when it went downhill. The lady who was helping me approached me asked me if I picked out my frames. I initially went in for the 2 glasses for $95 plus the free eye exam. I asked the lady if these certain frames were apart of the $95 deal she says yes so I continued with my choices. Once it got to paying my total comes out to nearly $300! Asked her why it was that much. She continues to tell me that one of the frames I picked out didn't qualify for the $95 deal... which is why I asked before hand if it was and she tells me yes... so I ended up just getting 2 of the same pair that does qualify for the $95 deal. She continues to tell me my total. Which is nearly $200! She just started adding on extra stuff to me lenses that I didn't approve of when in the past they ALWAYS asked me if I wanted to add the additional stuff on for extra. Not once did she ask me if I wanted to do that. When I've been REPEATEDLY stating that I wanted the two pairs of glasses for $95. I understand they get commission for that but that is absolutely ridiculous. This is the worst location to go to. Please go to another location besides this one because obviously common sense isn't very common... I'm very unhappy with the service I received today. Been a patient for years and NEVER ran into this problem.

This place is amazing! The Dr or the main who's working there currently is absolutely the best person I've seen in any type of healthcare or vision offices ever. He let us stick with our budget and didn't press us to get anything more unless he was telling us what was recommended. My glasses were supposed to come in 3-5 days and because of the winter storms they were supposed to come a few days later. I called and let him know I haven't had any glasses and he went as far as to let me have the more expensive glasses of my prescription with blue light for no extra charge and is letting me pick them up next day. He's a hero lol. Really a bright light in that company for sure. He's the guy who wears the turquoise rings I think his name is Jon. Amazing experience and I will be staying here forever!!

Dr. Sanar Abidali made my experience exceptional. She truly listened to my concerns and took the time to understand what I was feeling about my vision. When I mentioned that things seemed a bit blurry, she carefully reviewed my chart, asked thoughtful questions, and offered helpful solutions. She was patient, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the exam. I really appreciated how thorough she was and how she made sure I felt comfortable and heard. Even though I had been seen just a few months ago, she remembered my case and made me feel valued as a patient. Overall, I left feeling confident in my care and grateful for her expertise. I highly recommend Dr. Abidali to anyone looking for a doctor who truly listens and cares about their patients' needs.

The entire team was amazing and I wish I had everyone's name because they were all wonderful but Brittany helped us and she went above and beyond! The experience from stepping in and being greeted to check out the entire process, was awesome! I've been to a lot of different doctors and I felt like this particular location was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helped out with all of my questions. Will be coming back!

Dr. Sanar Abidali completely ruined my experience. She does not listen to her patients, I continued to advocate for myself that my vision is blurry. She told me it must be user error and for me to use eye drops on my contacts. I already use eye drops, she didn't know because she didn't ask or look at my chart I suppose. She laughed that I was back after having a previous exam with her just 5 months ago. I asked her to please listen to me as I am the patient and it's my vision. She kicked me out of her room mid exam since she believed I was wrong about my vision. I then waited an hour after my appointment time to see another doctor. Very disappointed in my experience here today, what good is a doctor if they won't seek to understand the needs of their patient.

Dorothy was AMAZING!!! She has the best customer service ever!!! As soon as I waked into that door she let me know she'd be with me in a second. Once she helped me she was going above and beyond for everything I needed. I was dreading having to go there after work because I was tired but I honestly left happy and it felt like I was never even there. We need more people like her!!! Give her a raise :)

We have been driving across town just to come to this location. Just because always amazing docs and customer service. But today came in doc was amazing and the woman working front desk and did the prep for eye exam were amazing. But, two workers vibes were just gross. Attitudes just gross. Really ruins the experience. Mind it I did have my autistic child with me she's a handful but they can get over it. Enjoy life. You have a job enjoy it make the experience good even when/if having hard day. Top it off was over charged. Idc if it was $2 how many ppl are they doing this to? Adds up.

Great store! We've been using America's Best forever, great prices and great experience every time. This location has plenty of easily accessible parking, a nice clean and tidy show room, waiting room & exam rooms - the staff are all warm, friendly and well informed. If you need glasses this is a great spot!
