America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Today was my first time visiting America's Best, because it was the first place that popped up for covered providers. Dr. Ahmad Ibrahim is the WORST "doctor" I've ever seen. He was extremely rude, condescending and rushed me out the door. He wouldn't let me speak, and continued to degrade me on the way I used my contacts. Literally insulting me. I just threw my hands up and said "okay". Because this vile man wouldn't let me speak in my own doctor's appointment. This man doesn't need to be working with the public. I've seen many doctors in my life, and that was by FAR the WORST experience I've ever had. With that said, the lovely gentleman named Matt that helped me order my contacts up front was amazing! Very sweet & knowledgeable and extremely helpful. That guy deserves a raise! The girl that I saw in an exam room before the doctor (didn't catch her name) was also lovely and very helpful. You should fire that "doctor" and this place would be a lot better off! Update: went back to pick up my contacts today, and the girl just handed me a bag and didn't say anything. I get home and notice the trial contacts I'm supposed to use before I open up these big boxes of contacts weren't in there, I called, and now I have to go back because I guess everyone likes to waste your time at this place. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AFTER THIS. THIS PLACE DESERVES ZEROOOOO STARS.

A little over 2 hours to get an eye exam and order frames. The lack of communication was frustrating as I sat for almost an hour before I was even seen in the 1st exam room. No actual doctor on site. Have to wait to be connected with one in the second exam room which is partly what is dragging out the wait. The staff was mostly nice and very apologetic about the wait. Finally get done with second exam, pick out my 2 frames and sit to wait for the girl whose supposed to check me out and have me on my way. My ankle is broken and im working on crutches. She finally makes time for me and sits down at the desk across from the one im at and says you can come over here. Doesn't offer to take the frames or anything. Just stares me down and waits for me to gather everything and hobble over with my crutches. Honestly was the tipping point. Everyone else prior to that had been super nice and helpful and mindful of the fact that im literally handicapped. And she couldn't even bother to take the frames. If my current glasses weren't broken and I quite literally NEED new ones, I would have walked out. After I pick up my 2 pair in a couple of weeks, I wont be returning.

Friendly staff. They are very helpful and patient. We didn't have to wait too long to be seen, and got our prescriptions in a timely manner. Their system seems a little bit outdated because it mixed both my husband and I's information, which made our appointment a little bit longer while they tried to fix it.

Excellent Customer Service one of my best experiences at any one of their locations their assistant manager Matt was wonderful. He really took the time to help me pick out my frames. He did a great job explaining the benefits of the additional features available. He didn't make me feel bad at all, which I did come within the last hour and he took his time. I didn't feel rushed. I loved it. I would definitely come here again.

They are the best place to get glasses. They have other locations in Cali and other places. I only use America eye glass. The team is always friendly. I usually get 3-5 pairs every year at the beginning because by the end they are all broken or lost. Every few months all my glasses are messed up in some way. I come in and they adjust and fix them without a problem. I really appreicate this team!. Matt took care of me last time. Highly recommend!

Eye doctor dr Ibrahim is always in a rush and seem to honestly care about his patient . Wasn't in his offer 5 mins and was pushed off to another office. Staff and everyone else was nice, the actual doctor. The worst I've ever dealt with. Definitely don't recommend this office at all!

@this location & wanted to highlight Lysa and Lupe for assisting me. Clean, simple, fast friendly environment! Definitely 10/10.

From initial check in, appointment and delivery America's Best once again has proved to be an outstanding Eyewear provider and why they jave had my business the past 10 years. The manager Wagner and his staff at the Nothern location are awesome!
