Bella Vista Eye Care

Customer Service was great 2 years ago. Sadly that is no longer the case. They do not take your time into consideration, they will remind you constantly about your appointment but they do not let you know when they are running so far behind and people are piling up in the office. How hard is it to call someone and let them know before they drive all the way across town that they are running late and we could come a little bit later? Instead they expect us to show up on time and then sit there while they run 2 to 3 customers behind schedule. I don't think so we can take our business elsewhere.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. The doctor's care is very good, but the service from the assistants is terrible. Over a month ago, my mother requested an urgent referral to another specialist at this clinic, and the assistants' work was awful. They either didn't send the necessary referrals to the other specialists or they sent them incomplete. And this isn't an isolated incident; all four times we've contacted them, they've done everything wrong.

I believe Dario is awesome! He cleaned up my glasses and he was so kind the entire visit. He made my frames look be within 10 minutes even with a busy phone in the office! Im definitely gonna be coming by again. Thank you!
