Everyone there was professional and knowledgeable, from the doctor to the sales reps. Extra kudos to the doctor because, well, he's the doctor. Every frame there was brand names, so pricey for sure. This was my first time in a lens crafters, I guess thats how they all are. Overall a great experience.

The doctor and the technician Were very helpful and knowledgeable, Stella, was very kind helping me to find the right frames for my face shape. She was very nice & patient. I know it can be a little bit more pricey, but I believe that, spending money in something so important like your vision is a great investment. They open right on time and I didn't have to wait, so I'll give them 10 stars but, I'm allowed to just give 5.

The staff was incredibly friendly and informative. They patiently answered all of my questions and explained every single step of the examination process, which I really appreciated.
Dr. Trinh is excellent--she is personable, thorough, and genuinely engaging. I instantly liked her and felt completely confident in the care I received.

Was not Given my Actual full prescription. Stated multiple times I've never worn glasses and don't know what I need. Was told after the appointment that all measurements are only done on request and for an extra charge. Do not recommend especially for someone new to glasses, Fell like I was taken advantage of.
