Appointment was fast and super easy with the digital equipment they have. Took less than 10 minutes, loved that. What I don't love, is that they try and coerce you into shopping/going over benefits by holding your new eye Rx hostage. I get they are here to make money but I truly don't appreciate the sales pressure.

Dr Lopez was very, warm, welcoming and funny! He knowledgeably and common sense friendly explained difference of transition lenses and prescription sunglasses. The optometry technician was also pleasant. She she even noticed the screw in my glasses was loose and repaired them. This was the exact type of service I'd expect as a patient, and this being my first time made it even better! I will return based on his professionalism and the aura of the entire front office.
