Scheduled an eye exam. Signed all the paperwork and they brought me back to the exam room. Tech told me that since i'm pregnant they cannot dilate my eyes - I stated I will opt to pay for the retina scan. They then said they don't have that machine and it's only at certain offices. I said I wanted to end my exam and they should not bill my insurance as no exam was performed yet. They were polite about it and hopefully wont bill anything. I just find it unacceptable to not list this important information on your website during booking. How can an optometrist not have this technology that has been around for ages? Please do better and list this on your website - even your tech agreed it should be listed but it's not. Or buy a machine and update your technology in the office. Ended up going elsewhere for my eye exam.
