Nationwide Vision

We were so pleased that we chose THIS nationwide. The staff was so well informed and so helpful. They made my appointment and assisted with filling out paperwork for my son. And they dealt with an issue we had on our way in. I just can't say enough good things. We are coming back for the rest of the family.

Horrible communication. Never answer their phones, use the excuse they tried calling me to make up for the fact that they did not inform me of things. Always had appts on Saturday with a doctor, wasted my time for me to show up at 8am and inform me they no longer have a doctor on site and it's digital. Took over two months previously to get my niece's glasses because they never put her order in. This place used to be good but now it's horrible and the new staff are very rude and seem unknowledgeable on their own office. Would not recommend this place.

I always have a great experience at Nationwide. The Dr.s are very knowledgeable and the techs that help you find glasses, are extremely helpful and patient. My prescription is always perfect. I would recommend Nationwide unconditionally.

I was very happy with my experience at Nationwide Vision. Everyone I dealt with from the Receptionist to the person doing my eye exams, Corrina who did my order for my glasses, and especially Dr. Christina Nguyen, "they were all very Kind and informative". I would recommend to anyone needing a pair of eyeglasses!

10/10 service I've been wearing glasses for 10 years and I've never had service like this and I'm sooooo happy with my glasses. Everyone here was super nice, wonderful and beautiful!

Love the eye Doc (Annie Hoa) at the Cactus and 51st Ave store in Glendale AZ, but the prices are crazy high. They had a special for 50% off, but I couldn't use my insurance to get that deal. Even with my insurance I had to pay extra to get my glasses, and that was with using my old frames.

I went to Nationwide years ago and was very happy with them .My friend conference me to go to another place. To make a long story short I won't go to any other place but Nationwide. They all were kind and courteous as soon as I walk in the door. I WILL NOT GO NO PLACE ELSE BUT NATIONWIDE.

I came here for a medical eye exam. The ladies at the desk were friendly and walked me through all of the paperwork. The store is clean, they have an amazing selection of frames(even though I wasn't there for frames today, don't think I didn't look at their selection whole waiting for when I was coming back next month for new ones), it's centrally located in the strip mall right on Cactus Road. The staff is nice, friendly and knowledgeable. The girl who did all of my initial testing was great. We laughed at how blind I was! She talked me through what all of the test were and what they were for. The picture of your eyeball test was bizarre but my favorite. The eye dilation was my least favorite, lol. The doctor was sweet, explained the results of my test, made recommendations, and was not pushy or made ridiculous upgrades. I have an appointment to go back next month for glasses and would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a medical eye exam, looking for glasses for adults and kids( BTW there was a cute little girl getting glasses for the first time while I was there and the store manager was helping her try on frames and she was the most patient person helping her try on frames one at a time explaining which ones were best for her head frame, looked cute and would fit her best) and doesn't want to pay an arm and a leg. They take all major medical insurances, and take the time to listen to you.
