Atmosphere was blessed. I truly enjoyed being seen. Dr. Francois is absolutely amazing. Great energy and very informative with his patients. Faith very knowledgeable regarding my eyesight. There another awesome person that helped me with my glasses. My apology for not remembering her name. She was awesome as well. But to all the staff Ty so much for being you. You never fail me. First, I have to say that i've been going here for over seven years, and over time, it's gotten worse. Honestly, I was frustrated after checking in. The 2 younger girls at the front check-in counter were taking crap about a patient/customer as soon as the customer was leaving. After giving them my paperwork, one of the girls went to the eye test girl, and they started chatting about her date and shakes. We were the only ones waiting. Waisting patient time and company money. Also, this place is filthy. The walls are gross. You can see other people's hair is stuck to the chairs and on the floor. You can see food and greasey finerprints. Walls are damaged from chairs rubbing against it so badly that it goes into the sheetrock. Oh, and the lack of security or cameras is unbelievable. These women are working in a business that makes a lot of money, and their cash drawer is unlocked open right now in front of me with over 300$ in it. And it's a regular drawer. It's not even a register. This place needs a makeover and professional employees. The only employees who were professional were the older lady and Dr Hubert, who is always professional and kind..( No name tags on employees), which also makes complaints or complaints difficult.) It's making it hard for me to even think about going back to this location.

DR. MICHELLE is nice and caring also very helpful and explained what is going on with my eyes I have floaters and he took the time to explain anything. I Every one is polite to the girls in the front Desk the are awesome Thank you so much. ShannonA

We had a great experience. Friendly and welcoming staff. Very cute and wide variety of frames to choose from. Just a great experience all the way around.

I bring both my children here. The staff and Shawn are amazing and helpful. Been here 2x getting my kids glasses fixed with no problem. And now I'm back for the 3rd. Shawn was helpful and fixed the issue. And here he is offering a little girl Crayons and a coloring page to keep her entertained. So thoughtful n kind.

Went to an appointment, the older lady at the front desk was nice and friendly, but that younger Hispanic one was really rude I don't know what her problem was but yeah if she don't like her job she needs to find a new one, that doesn't deal with customers.

Higg turnover of staff. Tge current staff lack professionalism and common manners. Tge gurls at front desk especially rude. The young lady that dilates their eyes asked "Are we dilating their eyes?" When I asked if it was needed she rolled her eyes and answered yes. I have been taking my kids to this location for 9 years. They were fast at getting us in and out so that was the only reason I gave them an extra star. Really they should get 1 star.

I want to say i have come to this location for years i come for my 3 kids but now I'm gonna look else where seems the employees lost there customer service. So i called 2 days ago to check the status of my daughters glasses i was told they were in so my daughters dad took her to get to get the glasses and only to be told the glasses are not in. This person i don't know if they are new or what but i expect to believe the people that answer the phone to know what they are doing and what they are talking about. Me and the father get into it because this mis information were not together so he gets mad like im lyingand he wasted his time to go over there. I called the location to complain i asked the lady for her name she refused i said if im there in person they have there name badge on so it don't matter if i ask the name over the phone like she was uncomfortable as if she never handled a complaint before so i asked for a manager she said she was the manager i said so if ur the manager y cant i get your name im telling you i want to file a complaint she was like can i get ur name i told her i gave her whatever info she needed i said ok u have my info whats your name she finally said brissa this is at camelback location around 99th ave so im telling her my complaint she basically was like well we do tell u 2 weeks and you'll get a notification upon reciept and said she will bring it up with her team i told her i understand that but there are times it comes in sooner i don't see the harm in me calling and just asking especially she don't know me my situation im not always gonna get the notification no empathy or understanding just trying to blow me off just tell me there guidelines and expectations of the glasses than tells me i should of got the name of person i talked to i said i didn't know this person i talked to didn't know there job or what they were looking at that i would ask for a name and every time i call i shouldn't have to ask for a name she herself the manager didn't even want to give me her name than she just repeating again there store expectations than she hung up on me. She didnt understand me or try to either the call could of went differently if she knew how to handle an upset customer obviously this person either lying just said they were the manager because she didnt know how to handle an upset customer or 2 she shouldnt be a manager at all you don't hang up on a customer thats already upset just to make them more upset you need more training yourself brissa on empathy and being understanding cause you could of calm my situation down if you could put your self in a persons shoes and say i understand and i apologize than say ill take it with my team not just blow a person off cut them off either some people want to make sure what they said is heard and something would be done about it like some refresher training or something but no you didn't luckily shes not dealing with someone that's more crazy cause those people would go to your store with that type of disrespect.
