Dr. Ambrose is the best in the business. When I found out he had moved nearly an hour from my house, I had no problem making the commute. His explanations are thorough, and his recommendations always prioritize my well-being. Miles helped me select the perfect frames. Unlike other experiences, Miles asked questions, made recommendations, and wasn't trying to upsell me on features I didn't need. Optical Gallery Arizona is the only place I recommend anyone for an eye appointment: excellent service, great selection, and a terrific experience.

Super helpful and friendly. I found the whole staff is very knowledgeable. The doctor is awesome and makes the check up fun, yes fun. Fast paced and thorough he explained everything throughout the process. He made me feel like I was the most importan person in the world. Worth traveling across the country for! Optical Gallery Arizona delivers outstanding care that sets the gold standard! I live in Florida, but due to my son's high recommendation, I waited to schedule my eye appointment on my visit with him in Phoenix specifically so I could go here instead of the local optical place that my husband experienced a few weeks prior. The difference in quality and service was night and day! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and took care of all my needs. Dr. Ryan impressed me with his knowledge and expertise. He explained my eye health, answered my questions in detail, and gave recommendations that I could tell were specific to me. It's rare to find a doctor who isn't rushing from room to room to get you in and out as we experienced with my husband in Florida. They all took the time to understand my preferences and made recommendations tailored to me. They are a standout choice and are leaps and bounds better than what I've experienced. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Ambrose for more than three years. My husband needed cataract and glaucoma eye surgery. Dr. Ambrose explained everything about the surgery with the utmost patience and referred my husband to an exceptional eye surgeon! From our first visit with Dr. Ambrose we felt very welcome.
